I’ve never had a problem with any of the Biggby locations until now. I ordered a special sandwich they have on the menu a few days ago when I was done running errands. When I got home, I found that they messed the order up and there was just a bagel. I called to let them know and they told me they wrote down my name and I could get my order corrected - which I informed them I couldn’t get back to them for another couple days at least. I went through to get my replacement today & was told they didn’t have a name, there’s no manager there to talk to and the replacement is only good for 24 hours. Tips shouldn't be asked for... this Establishment should put a end to the tips asking, unless the customer tells them to put a tip on. Although it's becoming more and more frequent that I'm paying for an upcharged request and it's blatantly being bypassed for an easier step. It's only that much more heartbreaking that I consistently tip and only realize the difference in my coffee after I've left, and yes you can tell the difference.
