Fix the AC!!!! Yesterday it was 90 degrees and while in the area we decided to revisit this establishment. It’s probably been 7-8 years since we were there last.

We sat at the bar and it was very warm, as if the entire space had no AC. There were desk size fans on tables in front of the pizza making area for the employees to catch a breeze. Can you imagine making the pizza at the brick oven? This isn’t what customers want on a 90 degree day.

The decor hasn’t changed since we were there last. It’s drab. The lighting is terrible and the seating resembles an Eat N Park restaurant.

What was good was the bartender! She had a great personality and did her job well! The food was good and the beer was great as well.

I do think it’s important for customers to see a food establishment that is well managed. Please if the public sees a food worker prepping food in the open, with their long hair just hanging down, it needs pulled up. Isn’t that a code of some sort? That’s not good hygiene. It wasn’t a problem but it was certainly our first thought.

The employees shouldn’t need to sit by desk size table fans to cool off....

The TVS had nothing but sports on them. The pizza is not that great unless you like a tart sauce. I ate one out of a smallest Pizza. I could get and I took the rest home.He didn't like it either, so we threw out what was left. My mom got the fish and she'll loved it. I loved it, I wished I had gotten it instead. That is the best fish I've gotten in a restaurant that is breaded ever. And that's the reasoning for the stars that I did give on the food because if it was just the pizza, I'd have given it a one. Our waitress, it was fantastic. She was so friendly and so nice and running back and forth with a lot of people. I think the prices are a little steep for what you get when it came to the fish. That wasn't too bad, but no. Roll, no bread and the Pizza was as much as the fish was. And it was like a single serve type Pizza maybe for 2 people. But yeah, I think twenty dollars for that is bad. Sweet potato fries were fantastic that my...

This was my first time visiting Marzoni's and I was very impressed with every aspect of our dining experience.

Most notable was the quality of food. We ordered the nachos and buffalo wings as an appetizer. The nachos were excellent with crisp and warm chips, mozzarella, chives, etc. The wings were also excellent with the wings being crunchy with an excellent buffalo sauce taste.

The pizza was phenomenal. We got the extreme pepperoni pizza and they really weren't kidding about the extreme amount of pepperoni they put on that pizza. I really liked their take on it though as instead of just piling on pepperoni, they did the typical pepperoni, but also had thinlly sliced pepperoni that was crips. The had the added effect of not making the pizza overly greasy.

Last but not least, our waitress was excellent. The was prompt and polite throughout our meal.

My family and I will definitely be returning to this location the next we're...

While we are visiting in the area we stopped at Marzoni's for some "snacks" and we're not disappointed! We sat at the bar and the bartender (Ashley) was EXCELLENT!! So friendly and attentive. She even tried to get the Cleveland guardians game on for us to watch! They had Moscow Mules on special!! I got the blueberry and my husband got the strawberry- both were so delicious! The menu had just enough choices to satisfy every craving we could have. I was having a hard time deciding and Ashley gave some suggestions - which were very satisfying! The crispy fried brussel sprouts with garlic aioli were so good - and such a generous portion! Both hubs and I loved them!!! I also ordered the panko breaded crispy deviled eggs - OMG - I've never heard of such a thing so I had to try them! Soooooo goooood!!!! Hubs ordered the loaded fries and barely talked the whole time while he was eating them so I know he enjoyed them!

For a chain restaurant, this was excellent. We did go while they were not busy, so I'm not sure if that affects anything or not. The waitress was extremely pleasant and attentive. We never found ourselves searching for her when we needed her. She was on top of refills and checked on us often. The food was very tasty. My husband's order came out wrong (he wanted bone in wings, and they brought boneless), but they quickly remade his order while he munched on the boneless they brought out by mistake. They were kind enough to give us both orders of wings for the price of just one. Can't wait to go back and try the adult grilled cheese.
