Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Blanchard

We ordered a pizza online and waited about 15 minutes before I left the house to go pick it up. It was about 20-25 minutes before I got to the store to get the pizza. When I got there I went through the drive thru and the guy at the window asked me for the name so I told him and said that there was not a order for that name. I gave him the name again and he said he found the order, he then told me that it would be ready in 5 minutes so I circled back around the line. When I got up there it was a different window person. She asked me for the name so I told her and she said there was no order for that name. So we went back and forth a couple times trying to get the name right. We couldn’t find anything out so I ended up going inside and sorting it out. We found the name finally then she told me it would be 15-20 minutes after I was told 15 minutes before hand it would be ready in 5. So I waited 20 minutes in my truck and went inside to get the pizza and she told me it would be another 5-10 minutes because they were just now starting to cook it. So after I received my pizza an hour after I have arrived she tried to fix it with “extra garlic”. It took me an hour to get one cheese pizza. Needless to say I will not be going back to...

Very unsatisfactory experience. I called right after I received my delivery because the wings I ordered looked like a mistake. I ordered lemon pepper wings and got something with red, wet sauce (appeared to be Buffalo); lots of wet sauce drenched the wings. No one I know ever expects lemon pepper wings to be drenched in red wet sauce, but they swear that is their recipe and will argue with you about it. The young man I spoke with was going to send me plain wings to replace them and never did. When I called, the 'manager' states that because it was an online order, they cannot replace them (?). I want to start this review with stating that I'm not one to complain and I usually just put up with what I'm served, but I've had it with this place. It's the only fast-food I like in town and I get it 2-3 a month for the last year, sometimes more. They CONSTANTLY FORGET THE DRINKS. I don't keep drinks in my house other than water cause I'm boring so when I get pizza delivered I order a 2 liter with it. I'd say out of my last 10 orders they've left off 6 of them and it's really irritating because it takes them 2 hours to bring you them afterwards!! It's ridiculous. I'd like to say I wont order from here anymore but location keeps things limited. Papa John wouldn't of let this happen. The whole restaurant went down hill...
