Went there last night (4-2-19) to get take out dinner for us. I repeated the order 4 times and they still got it wrong. I ordered a grande meal with 7 soft tacos and upgrade to 3 supreme burritos. Got home to find 3 very sub par bean burritos.The tortillas on the burritos and soft tacos were stale and quite hard. The soft tacos each had about a tablespoon of greasy meat. That's all. No tomatoes, no lettuce, no cheese. Apparently they ran out of lettuce and said they tried but could not get more. Seriously? I find that hard to believe. Spencer's grocery is less than half mile away. And for all this, we paid full price. When my friend called to complain about the wrong order/sorry quality, the manager just said he was sorry. Three items were made wrong. The soft taco had no meat; the burrito supreme had lots of refried beans but no meat; and the Crunchwrap had lots of lettuce and lots of tomatoes, a small amount of refried beans and cheese, and, you guessed it, no meat. I called and talked to the manager about it (all but the burrito supreme because I never knew about it until after the call). She said she would talk to the staff and remedy the problem and that I could come pick up more food for free. I informed her that I did not call to get free food. Read moreDuring the day if I order, my order is correct. I don’t know what it is about the night crew but pretty much every time I order on the app, my order is still wrong. They are either forgetting items, not removing or adding condiments on items I’ve customized, or putting items in that I didn’t order and forgetting other items. You’re reading a mobile order so I don’t get how hard it is for them to go by that. We the customers are paying money for food we are expecting to be correct and not getting it.
