On 5.16.17 at approximately 650p I placed an order from MY PHONE for delivery-an extra large pizza. I was notified it should be at our home in an hour & a half. 2 hours went by. My husband notices he has a missed call from Domino's with a voicemail at 711p. I called to follow up and after waiting 10 minutes heard a male voice come on the line & say, "hey gul (girl), you betta come pick up this phone". The second voice I hear is the person who initially took the order. I ask to speak with the manager & ask who is the district manager. I was informed by "Haley" that she is the manager. I informed her of the situation & my concern-my family is waiting 2 hours for pizza. Haley says the pizza was ready at 711p & because my husband didn't answer the phone the delivery didn't go out because they needed to confirm the address (mind you when the order was placed address was verified/confirmed). I questioned Haley why would the pizza be ready at 711p when the order was placed 21minutes earlier & I was notified it would be an hour & a half wait, I questioned why would the driver call my husband phone for verification when the order was placed on my phone number...I begin to express how ghetto, unprofessional, unproductive, misleading, etc my experience was, Haley then statedshe was not the manager just a manager in training & asked if I wanted to speak to her manager. I didn't feel like explaining myself all over again, this I refused her offer. Haley said sorry then asked was there anything else I wanted. There was no sincerity oany act of a kind gesture for the inconvenience. She said our food was sitting at the store, at that point I didn't wish to remain on the phone, didn't trust that if I proceeded with another order that it would be fresh/clean, this I...
Read moreI really hate to write this review because I was actually pretty happy with this Domino's service (drivers) and pizza taste and Quality. Plus, the manager "evetually" decided to compromise. If it wasn't for past good experiences, I would not have given 3 Stars. The reason why I am writing this is because, after almost 2 years of having pizzas delivered to me; last weekend July 9th I was told that they could not deliver pizza to me. Mind you this was after I had called and ordered 2 Large pizzas, paid for it with my credit card and waited almost a half an hour. Domino's then calls me; after a half hour of waiting to tell me I was out of their delivery zone. I argue with them that they've been delivering pizza to me every weekend! For almost 2 years!! That they even have my phone number and address stored in their computer. That they repeated my address to me before taking my money and hanging up the phone. They said they wanted to refund my money and not deliver. After much back and forth, I finally convinced the manager that it was not cool to tell me this a half hour after I paid and when I have company waiting. I told her that she should at least honor this one order for the last time. She finally agreed. Why did I even have to ask her that? That is common courtesy and customer service. She did remind me that this will be my last delivery. Sadly, I enjoyed the pizza and although the customer service over the phone is less than desirable, the drivers are always kind polite. What a major error Domino's #DominosPizza...
Read moreI called and ordered 2 large pizzas and a fruit punch for my kids. I used my debit card to order. When it got there the driver said it was a cash purchase. I called the store and a female picked up, who I'm pretty sure was the one that took my order, and said she was the General Manager, and that her female driver took my order and might have made a mistake. Well I told her $16.79 was charged out my bank. The total was $27 something for the food, so I said charge the balance. She told me she couldn't do that, I had to pay $27 something, and I would have to wait 2-3 days to get the money back. I asked what was the name of the person who took my order, she said she couldn't give it to me and that she left already. I asked for the owners name, she said she couldn't give it to me. I asked for the owners email address so that I could email him, she said she couldn't give it to me. She said her name was Cherrish but couldn't give me her last name. I asked if they had business cards since she was the GM and he was the owner, she said they don't. She said I would have to call corporate and they would get in touch with her and the owner. Then she said there was nothing she could do and told the driver to come back to the store. Meanwhile my kids didn't get they food and I was out $16.79. Needless to say I wrote corporate, blasted them on fb, and will be going up there everyday until I get a genuine apology and...
