Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bloom Township

My experience at Steger Little Caesars. First of all it was a Friday October 10th at 7:00 p.m. You would think they would have things prepared, especially on a Friday. I went through the drive-thru the window was absolutely disgusting. The young male worker that came up was literally on a video call. Whilst chomping on some food, trying to take my order. He proceeded to tell me that no breadsticks were made and it would be 10 to 15 minutes, I told him that would be fine and I'll wait. So he tells me to pull around to the back of the line. And my experience in the food business. I would have told them to please go park and I will bring it out to you when it's ready. So then, I finally get back up to the line and this young man is still on a FaceTime phone call and still chomping on food. I had the opportunity to look through the drive-thru window to see a disgusting dirty floor and dirty counters. I received my undercooked breadsticks and asked if the manager was there. He replied yes, would you like to speak to him. I replied no thank you, I just wanted to know if there was actually someone in charge with that place looking a hot mess and the service being a hot mess and the kids on their phone whilst eating food whilst trying to communicate with a customer. Literally never had an order ready on time. Always a bunch of talking going on and no one knows why they don’t have orders complete. As soon as you tell them they’re missing something, everyone leaves without saying a word just to stand in the back talking for several minutes before coming back out. Had to tell 3 different people why I was waiting. Each person standing in the back had a phone in one and the person who was supposed to be attending the front had headphones in while they talked to you. Absolutely the worst business I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with. I’d feel bad for the owner but that kind of unprofessional behavior starts at the top.

Forgot to check the pizza before I wrote the above comment. Somehow, they managed to pull it together to give me, hands down, the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The entire center of the pizza did not have cheese on it. I would say never leave without checking your pizza, but I’d have to have told you to go there in the first place. Don’t bother. Unless you’re one of those people who delves into the worst restaurants for the sole purpose of experiencing the horrendous service and/or just barely edible food. Would give zero stars if I could. Tried to order originally at 9. First the app kept letting me order but then saying to call the restaurant because they didn't process it successfully. Well, no big deal, they're open until 11, plenty of time. Called, weird noises, didn't go through. After some delays, we just go up there.

"Sorry, we're closed." "Everything said you're open until 11 -- that's not for almost an hour, so...?" "We're only doing pickup orders." "We tried to place one, it doesn't work." "We're only doing pickup orders. ¯(ツ)/¯"

We call again. It's about 10:15. Finally get some guy with an Indian accent on the line who doesn't seem to be one of the people in the restaurant, but he accepts our order. We go back in there. They don't have the order. They're still insisting they're closed. I give up.
