I placed an order online Saturday June 11 for delivery of a strawberry passion cake that was supposed to arrive at 3pm. I got an email at 3:11 saying that the order was cancelled without no further explanation. I called the Bloomfield hills location where I ordered from 4 times that day and they did not pick up my calls. I waited until Tuesday June 14 to call them back asking about my refund. The manager told me they would get back to me within a week to let me know. Today has been 8 days since the phone call conversation and I called them back 2 times and again they did not pick up my phone calls. I can see on the google "popular times" that they are not busy right now. I am tempted to drive down there and ask them how they conduct business cancelling someone's order and refusing to pick up their phone calls and not issuing me a refund right away. Then tell me the last time they clean any of it. I used to come here weekly and I would tip as well. Until they hired this light skin black kid with nappy hair that has the worst attitude problem I’ve ever seen. You can’t hear him because he doesn’t know how to talk. He can’t communicate with somebody while looking you in the eyes. Can’t speak up. Then when he has to repeat himself, he gets very upset. Typical for this type of individual. He’s not the only one there’s also a female that works there actually a couple very incompetent. You get a milkshake that is essentially the consistency of water. Read moreI have been frequenting this store since the day it opened (which is about 20 years). I will never step foot inside again. For months now they screw up online orders. Tonight, I ordered 2 ice creams online. When I arrived at the store, I had to beg a worker to acknowledge that I was there to pick up an order. She then complained about Door Dashers. I told her that I ordered online on the store’s website. When I got the order home, I found 2 containers of ice cream and a container of toppings. Apparently, I am supposed to make my own ice cream!!! Best of all, toppings I ordered and paid extra for were missing. I called the store and again the worker complained about door dashers and said that they don’t have time to make online orders. Now I have to track down a manager next week for a refund.
