I am at this location several times per month for work ( I provide lunch to Optometrists from out of state who visit here) and I have never had an experience like yesterday. I placed my online order at 11:30 AM for a 12:00 PM Pick up. I had 2 separate orders (1 with 1 regular sub and 1 order with a regular sub and a bowl so not like I had a huge order). My and my assistant arrived at 12:00 to pick up the food and there were about 20 people inside most waiting for their orders and some waiting to order.
The place was chaos, after 10 minutes I inquired about my order, as I am there often enough they don't usually have to ask my name. I was ignored by 2 crew members and the crew member who looked to be a manager or shift lead. Took a stack of about 20 or 30 tickets from online orders and started yelling names. She called mine and it was clear the order had not even been started yet.
They started my order at 12:25, but only completed 1. So then I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to complete the second order. The store was filthy, there was a puddle of grease and cheese on the floor in front of the grill, and the sandwich prep area was covered in oil and food, they were wrapping sandwiches and handing them to customers with oil and lettuce bits all over the bags.
The whole crew was moving super slow and ignoring customers and calling out names for completed orders barley above a whisper. Several people were still waiting 30 minutes after their order was completed because they did not hear their names and they were being ignored when they tried to inquire.
This is not typical for this location. So I wanted to file an internal "complaint" to make management aware and if you go on the website and complete the form it will not allow you to submit the complaint. But if you fill it out as a compliment you can submit successfully.
I hope this was a one off for being short staffed, but ultimately I would have liked to be able to privately bring this to their attention instead of having to leave a bad...

I was asking them that I saw 2 bottles and I didn’t know if they were both vinegar oil or not, and they struggled to hear me, when I literally raised my voice. I’ve never seen someone more deaf in my entire 16 1/2 years of life. Then, they proceeded to screw up and put vinegar oil on my sandwich (like a lot of it), and I struggled to eat it, because it’s my least favorite oil. Also, they messed up my dad’s order, which he said he wanted half as much mayo as usual, then they put a whole amount on half the sandwich, when he said he wanted a half amount not full. Also, I got whole wheat bread, and my dad got the same bread, but with gluten-free bread. So, apparently the gluten-free bread sucked compared to normal and he’s been there before. Read moreMade a mobile order whole in store and watched as my order kept getting pushed further and further behind other orders from customers that had entered and ordered in store after mine. I finally had to ask about my order and why, after 20 minutes, it hasn't even been processed beyond a receipt strapped to an empty bag.
I'll take solace in that I was 1 of about 6 or 7 other mobile orders who had been given the same treatment and who had to wait 35+ minutes to receive their food while waiting on store.
The staff was very courteous and I understand it was lunch rush, but mobile orders shouldn't take a back seat to in store orders merely to clear a line that literally never stopped for 40 minutes.
The food was great and very well made. I appreciate that.
My suggestion to others is simply to not use their mobile app if it is lunch or dinner time. You'll be waiting longer than if you'd find into the restaurant in...
