I rarely order from here. Do yourself a favor and order from a different place. We ordered a pie and it was supposed to take 35 minutes. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready so I waited an additional 15 minutes in the car. I went back inside and the young lady said “I’m sorry it’s not ready. Not sure how long”. It was already an hour wait. I kindly asked for my money back but owner refused. He was rude and said “no, I can’t do that. You must wait”. I’m not sure if it was because Of my race. But they refused to talk to me and also give me my receipt for the pizza I paid for. I would at least file a dispute with my card company. They finally gave me my order with receipt but after complaining about how rude they were. They should give proper time when customer orders. Not have them wait an additional 35 minutes. They did not meet customer satisfaction and it was clearly a disaster trying to place orders they couldn’t fulfill. I will never order from here again. Let’s not forget how cold the pizza was from waiting on the chicken order that took 20 minutes. It was not worth the wait. The place is also very expensive. Service is terrible also! Best place I e ordered from Zia Zia! Great fast service, on point all the time and fresh delicious food,...
Read moreI’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with Mario’s Pizza on Broad St. I ordered a pizza through an app at 8:45 PM, well before closing time according to the app. The pizza never arrived, so I called to follow up the next day. To my surprise, they close at 9 PM, and my order apparently didn’t make the cut. Fair enough, but when I called the next day to either get a refund or to have them send my order that night, I was met with rudeness and a total lack of customer service.
The man I spoke with—who I assume is the owner—was dismissive and told me to "take it up with corporate." That’s absurd for a small mom-and-pop shop! There is no corporate, and he refused to either refund my $28 or send my order. It wasn’t a complicated request, just good customer service.
It’s frustrating because I’ve seen this man be friendly with certain customers, but the treatment I received was completely disrespectful. I’ve supported local businesses for years, but this experience has completely turned me off from ever ordering here again. If you want consistent service and respect, I’d recommend...
Read moreFirst of all I will admit that most everything on their menu is very good, tasty, and cooked as requested. Ambiance, well it's your average small pizza joint with a few tables beyond the kitchen area. I have been a customer for over 25 years
Their Major Fail is in their delivery advertising and services. On June 28th, a Saturday, at approximately 7:30pm, a few friends of mine got together for card night. We tried to place an order for delivery, but were told it was too late for delivery and only pick up was available. On their website they advertise Open until 10:00pm. There is nothing on the menu that would take so long to prepare, cook etc that our request could not have been honored. If I had to estimate, they lost sales of more than $200.00, maybe more. So much for customer service. Anyway, we ended up ordering from Clifton Village Pizza in the Richfield shopping center in Clifton. Altho their prices were a bit higher than other pizzerias they had everything we wanted on their menu and had no problems with delivery. Sadly we will not longer...
