Wendy's in Bloomfield by the copaco shopping center... I would rather not do a review then do a one-star. I was at the drive-thru a couple days ago picking up food for someone. And this was the manager at the drive-thru. Since the soda machines now Auto dispense depending on the size you want he handed me an extra large Hi-C orange . A stain in your beautiful car fabric just waiting to happen. I kindly asked if he could dump a little bit out. Reluctantly, hesitantly he did.then there was a small chocolate Frosty and vows. As soon as I grabbed it chocolate ran right down the side onto my jeans not onto my car that was a blessing. Then I'm waiting and waiting I'm knocking on the drive-thru window to try to get someone's attention. People are turning around looking at me and I'm just looking back? Finally the manager at the drive-through opens up and hands me two bags. I kindly asked him two quick things cir, since I do reviews I try to be friendly., anyway so it goes on. Yes two quick things sir can you please redo or wipe down this Frosty it just totally ran down the side onto my jeans he just grabbed it back and gave me a look. I noticed there was no straw I kindly asked for a straw. The MANAGER AT THE BLOOMFIELD WENDY'S IN CASE ANY OWNERS READ REVIEWS NEED TO REEVALUATE. THE MANAGER THEN TOLD ME WE DON'T GIVE OUT STRAWS FOR FROSTIES KIND OF LIKE A MILKSHAKE GUYS NOW? I KINDLY ASKED MAY I HAVE ONE PLEASE. He pretty much just through it through my car window onto my lap and didn't even say have a nice day. Unless I'm picking up food for someone. This is now the second fast food restaurant that I will never ever return to. Staff in general is typically or are typically rude and act like they are doing...
Read moreIf I could give a zero, I would never have I ever met such miserable employees working at an establishment the one star is for the small amount of kindness we were shown from at least one employee the gentlemen at the cashier window he had longer hair and a beard he was respectful and pleasant, however as soon as we got to the window to get our food we were met with practically having our food thrown in our face from the lady with the synthetic red wig without not one word not even a hi or here’s your order they then proceeded to slam the windows and not even hand us out drinks so when my mom signaled to team a shorter woman with glasses and black hair walks up and mumbles something when I tell her what drinks we had she walks away with an attitude yelling at the other woman what did she say? Then walks back hands me the wrong drink when I correct her politely she walks away again without a word walks back and practically throws the drink at us with no word… sad that this day and age people can’t even treat others with simple decency and respect I don’t require any smiles or conversation just to be treated like a human being especially somewhere I’m spending my money. It takes a lot for me to ever leave bad reviews because I always assume everyone has a bad day but this was just disgusting and unnecessary behavior and from people of color like myself I expected more this world has so much hate already we don’t need anymore ugliness.I myself have worked in customer service my whole life and have never treated...
Read moreWendy's, in general, has become too expensive. I very rarely eat fast food, so I don't have anything to compare to. $18 for two poorly thrown together burgers, a very, and a Frosty is ridiculous. Fortunately, we always check bags before leaving the drive-thru. There was no spoon for the Frosty. Upon asking, they told us they were out of spoons. I asked how I'm supposed to eat the Frosty and received a very helpful, "I dunno". I said I want my money back if there's no way for me to eat it in the car and got a blank stare from the window. Since I had to drive the conversation, I asked if they had any utensils - even a fork. The person disappeared and somebody else came to the window (I'm assuming this was someone with the title of "Manager"). She tells us they are out of spoons, so we asked how we (or anybody else who orders one) are supposed to eat a Frosty without a utensil. This challenging question was answered this time with a shrug. This advanced thinker was eventually able to hook me up with a fork. Wow. What a crew. This was my second Wendy's visit in over a year and both locations had useless...
