I would like to be able to write that I had a good experience in this restaurant, but the truth is that yesterday, Saturday, July 29, I had the worst service due to the waiter who served us, his name DELFINO. A UNFRIENDLY YOUNG MAN NOT NICE, not smiling at all. When I got to the table, the first thing I asked him was if he spoke Spanish, to which he answered yes, I was very happy because I knew he was going to take care of me in the best possible way. It turns out that it was not true because he made a mistake in all the orders, starting with the fact that we ordered potatoes for the 4 orders of wings and Delfino ordered 5 orders of wings, we also asked for potatoes for the wings and he only ordered one order of potatoes, Finally another worker brought us 4 orders of Wings from Honey barbecue to which I told him there were only 3 and an order of Mango Habanero, minutes later Delfino approached saying that the order we did not want was for our 4-year-old baby to which he I said I asked you for 3 equal orders and one of Mango Habanero but it's okay bring that order. to which it took again about 15 minutes and they did not bring the order of Mango habanero that belonged to my husband. finally when he was close I said excuse me can you see if my husband's order is ready we are almost finished and my husband is still waiting for his order, we are also still waiting for the 3 orders of hamburgers that we asked for to which DELFINO TOLD ME OF COURSE AND ADDRESSED TO THE KITCHEN 3 minutes later Delfino came with the tray of all the food and I told my husband, It's good that I told him to go because otherwise they would never have brought the food, to which Delfino listened and told me that I WAS A IRRESPECTFUL đł, My husband got very upset and told him OLLE SHE SAID IT WAS DISRESPECTFUL TO YOU, RIGHT AWAY I TOLD HIM YOU KNOW HE CALLS YOUR MANAGER IMMEDIATELY BUT NOW, to which Delfino said Sure. The manager took about 15 minutes to arrive. When I arrived I told him everything that had happened and he told me that there was no reason for him to call me disrespectful and I told him that it was correct, I didn't say anything bad. I asked him to send Delfino to apologize and he did so. I told Delfino that if he didn't understand Spanish well, he shouldn't answer in Spanish because what I had said was not disrespectful.    Read moreMy family, a party of 7 went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Bloomingdale Il on Gary ave. We arrive about 7:45 after my grandsonâs graduation, thatâs what we were celebrating. We seat ourselves, after about 10 minutes a young man comes over with a couple of menus not even enough for the whole table. We order our drinks, he comes back 15 minutes later with one pink lemonade for my grandson, the graduate and walks away. My three adult children ordered alcohol that never got served. We flag him down for the rest of our drinks. He eventually brings them. My daughter asked where were their drinks from the bar, he replied he had no clue where his bartender went. After 10 minutes passed my daughter goes to the bar and asked about the drinks the barmaid tells her sheâs only been working there 2 weeks and is just trying to keep up. Another family came in 2 minutes after us and sat beside us, they had a graduate with them as well, he and my grandson had on their gowns. 20 minutes after we arrived a group of white people came in that took up two tables. Adults at one table and kids at another table, the boys had on baseball uniforms. Weâve already placed our food order and just waiting for our food and drinks from the bar. By this time itâs 9:00pm and we donât have our food and only part of our drinks. We were very patient with this waiter because it seemed as if he was the only waiter but it wasnât busy in there at all, it was a Wednesday night. But the straw that broke the camels back and pissed us all off is he comes out with the white partyâs food that arrived 20 minutes after us and the other family which were Hispanic and we are a black family. So we decided to walk out! My daughter and my son go back in to ask for the manager and she refused to come out. The white party that got served before us was a party of 15 or more so how did they get served before the people that were already there. I have told everyone in my family, my friends and some people at a gas station that I get coffee from daily not to patronize this Buffalo Wild Wings Iâm not going to say that they are racist but I am going to say their service sucks to the 20th power, their manager is a disgrace and I will never go to any Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. I'd respond to the "owner response" below, but google doesn't provide for that. So I'll add some text here.. I am absolutely not seeing anything on that page referencing "orders and visits". My experience this evening was this: -- we put an online order in at 530 or so. It said it would be ready at 6. -- We arrived promptly at 6. We did not walk out with our order until 630. When I eventually asked what was up, I was told we were waiting on tortilla chips for a queso order. -- We checked the order before leaving and found that a bottle of the orange chicken sauce, which amusingly was the main reason we ordered from BWW tonight, was missing from the order. When we asked about it, we were told it was weird the website let us order it, since they had none in stock. They refunded that part of the order, and tried to do their best by providing us a big to-go cup of that sauce similar to the cup used for queso. -- When we got home and unpacked the order, we had these issues: --- A 6 pc mild wings was much spicier, I suspect it was regular and not mild. --- I had ordered a 15pc boneless with 3 sauces, however it was actually ~7pc each of 2 sauces, the third was nowhere to be found, though it was on the sticker for the order. Ultimately the whole experience was frustrating but it just didn't seem worth it to have a conversation about it. A gift card is useless if I can't convince my family to order here again lol. The other thing is, clearly the store was having trouble tonight - orders getting out slow and such, and they were clearly OTHERWISE trying to do their best - if you told me only 1 food prep person instead of 3 or 5 or something had showed up for work tonight, I'd believe you.
