I REALLY hoped this location would be good, but it was not. They were busy when we went, but it was just my daughter and I so we were seated immediately. After we managed to wade through the crowd of people and employees we were seated at an uncomfortable table in a wobbly chair (it's new... how was it wobbly already??) We picked up our plates and then swapped those plates for ones that were actually clean. We wasted a bunch of time standing in a line, thinking it was for all of the food. The line turned it to be for the steak, but it was blocking all of the rest of the food. We eventually sat down with a small amount of lukewarm food (and corn on the cob that I was pretty excited about but ended up being ridiculously cold). We watched another server taking fresh rolls to her table, though ours did not. When we asked about the rolls we were told they were up at the buffet and apparently that server was just bringing HER tables fresh ones in an attempt to get better tips. Our drinks were never refilled and eventually I went up to try to refill mine but was told our server would get our drink refills (she didn't). Our dirty plates sat at the table the entire meal. Our server came by once and complained about how nobody was leaving her tips. I looked at my receipt for an area to write in a tip and realized there wasn't one. The only way to leave a tip is if you have cash or if you go up to the counter and do cash back on your card. Since I don't carry cash and I don't know my pin, the only thing I could leave was a Starbucks gift card (and this review). I wouldn't let my daughter use the chocolate fountain after I watched some kids licking marshmallows and THEN putting them in the chocolate... while their parent "watched". The entire experience was deeply disappointing. I doubt we will return (unless my kids make me... they don't know...
Read moreRude staff at night. Overcharged me. Not the first time this happened but this time I spoke up and I got rude responses.
I got takeout, they ask you what size tray, the cost is per pound. I asked if they remove the weight of the tray, and they claim they will not charge for the tray. There are multiple sizes so obviously the large tray will way more than a smaller one even though you can fit a similar amount of food in each one.
You get your food and put the tray on the scale and see the weight and they enter it and charge you per pound. Not only did they overcharge me they also didn't remove the weight of the tray. Not the first time, this time I spoke up, and they gave me rude responses, just yelled NO at me when I explained it to them and ignored me when I asked if they could weigh one empty tray to compare. Wouldn't answer or acknowledge me but was muttering stuff to the other guy. Nahh.... I work multiple jobs and work hard for my money, I don't care if it's 1 penny (it's much more), don't scam me, don't lie to paying customers and don't be rude to paying customers. And don't put a guy at the register if they don't understand simple logic or math or don't know how to talk to a customer.
I usually like the food here but this time it was mediocre slop. They sent me a bunch of emails about having chicken wings but didn't have any. Instead they had ribs and it was super dry and not fresh at 6 pm at night. Waste of money. Used to spend a lot of money here,...
Read moreMy review is going to be strictly based on the service so please read...... tonight June 1st 2019 myself, my husband and our daughter went there for dinner. After paying we stood and waited for someone to even acknowledge us. Finally someone did that sat us at a dirty table. By then I was frustrated and told our waitress which right away she was so apologetic and cleaned it right away. (Her name was Jada). I then went and got a ceaser salad and sat down to find a hair in my salad. Now out of nowhere my anxiety just got the best of me and I started crying (dont ask why, just from waiting so long, dirty table and now hair in my salad). Well jada our server was there right away asking if she could do anything, she dropped everything to console me. At this time another employee walked by and noticed my husband hugging me as I was crying and upset and she stopped in her tracks and talked to me. Asked me my name, asked me if she could do anything and truly cared. Now for about 2-3mins I had our server Jada and this other employee named cassie talking with me until I stopped crying. Let me just tell you that right there speaks volume. They were busy, I'm sure exhausted and overwhelmed as well but they stopped to make sure I was ok. I've been to 5 star restaurants like Chicago cut downtown and even the service there didnt compare to what these 2 young woman did. I thank you both jada and cassie for calming me down, its because of both of you that we...
