McDonald's — Restaurant in Bloomingdale

Bad customer service. I am a truck driver and before I ordered my food I entered the rest room yo wash my hands. The Washroom Was Fifty Dirty From THE Sink To THE floor. I then ordered my food and try to put that behind me but, after waiting for anyone to talk my order, I notice the counter was dirty and the customers in the drive through were complaining that there order was messed up. I ordered my food and I payed. I was given a cup for my refreshment. I filled my cup with die at coke and went back to the counter to receive my food. When I received my food the lady that took my order gave me my food. I received it in T he bag when I wanted to dine in. I try to tell her that it was for here but she quickly walked away. I just grab my food and sat down but before I could I had to take a couple of napkins to wipe down the table because all the tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. I would definitely not recommended this place. Fifty and dirty not to mention there are flies inside...

I want to give a great review for the night manager Clint. I work nights a lot and I frequent this restaurant regularly. Clint pay attention to his customers and he makes sure to say hi and ask our night is. The food comes out quickly and correct. I know it's a chain store but your management and employees make your store. See if you're in the area stop in grab a drink or some food and say hi to this great night shift.

Adding to this review for the crew at 6:25pm on July 19th. A order was made in the app and was set up for counter pickup and I went in the drive thru not knowing they set it for counter. Drive thru said my number was in valid. I looked again and saw it said counter. I gave that number and got silence. I said do I have to come in and get it and was told yes. So I had to go around and park and go in to get my order. So BE SURE WHERE YOU HAVE TO GO " COUNTER OR DRIVE THRU because they won't give you your oder if you pushed counter and go to...

Very poor food quality, went to order during the evening and it looked scary going there at 7pm on a Friday night wanting to get food all the lights were turned off and the sign out front was turned off. I went there and found out there were closed and this wasn't the first time. (Not a holiday or anything special going on) ended up asking a worker that came out if they were open to order food and that they were rude and said no were closed! Came the next day to order around 2pm and I was shocked to have an automated drive thru and it was extremely loud and hard to hear and I gave my order and it ended up giving me the wrong order waiting five minutes to place an order in the drive thru until someone finally replaced the automated they apologized and said sorry we're still working on tweaking and fixing it.
