This review is hyper specific to ONE obnoxious server/bartender. Everyone else here is great. My last years experiences with Diana have always been cold and rude. She’s never been nice, always cold…however I want to preface this before I share my horrible experience bc I’m a great client who frequents this place at least 2x a week. We tip great and are pleasant loyal customers.
Diana has had an ungrateful attitude for a while almost like she rules the roost. On Sunday my fiancé and I went to a late brunch around 1:45pm. Diana walks out and throws menus at me on the table while my fiancé is walking out. I was in shock and we looked at each other and agreed we don’t want her waiting on us. I politely go inside and ask Anna if she can wait on us because we don’t want Diana and Diana hears me and tells me across the entire bar in front of all the customers…if you don’t want me to wait on you then you can leave. Obviously, we walked out bc I wasn’t sure what her state of mind was. I’ve never been so pissed in my life. I wasn’t embarrassed bc a woman like her could never embarrass me. Disappointed now that’s fair bc servers don’t act like that. The amount of money we spend at Roosters and our friends do is ridiculous and for us to be so disrespected especially in front of other patrons was gross. I did ask the owner to call me but not a word from her. I guess our patronage doesn’t mean much. Everyone complains about this woman and it seems nothing ever changes…very unfortunate for all the other wonderful ladies that work there.
However despite all this we will occasionally support our favorite ladies there bc there’s a bunch of great ones.
It’s sad that 1 bad apple is ruining business for all the other hard working, drama free, great woman there. Specially Tammy, Stephanie, Robyn and Anna deserve props for always great hosts with positive attitudes.
So my advice..ask who’s serving you and if it’s Diana change seats and have someone else serve you…I promise you...

The server had come by before I got my food because mine was not out with the rest of the party, so I had to wait. Then I didn't see her for a while. I also asked for ranch when I ordered and never got it. So I took someone else's they weren't going to use anymore. I still needed more ranch and just ate the fries wimpy because I was already the last to get my meal. I didn't want to wait longer to eat. But I was disappointed. Prices are on the more expensive side. I wanted the appetizer of coconut shrimp, but she said it was only 5 pieces and on the small size from what she told me. $13... if the size was bigger, I would have spent the money.
Also, they serve mozzarella sticks withOUT marinara!!! WHAT?!?! no ranch either!!! They serve them with hot sauce and some other sauce. I found it wrong that this is NOT on the menu! My father has gurd and dipped his stick, thinking it was marinara and found out it wasn't. The while rest of the time, his mouth was burning. When I asked about if it is served with marinara, the server said no, we don't have any. OH... So I asked if my parents could get ranch.
Because of the lack of information on the menu and the server not informing people that they don't serve mozzarella stick like EVERY other place, that's 1 less star. Due to not getting my crispy fries and not getting my ranch after being served the last, that was another star gone. I probably won't come back. There are other places I would go while...
Read moreHad an a horrible experience. Placed an order for pick up using the menu that is offered online through the website which states that macaroni and cheese comes with a side of fries. Ordered macaroni and cheese and said that I wanted with the side of fries because that’s what the menu said online. Turns out that their menu they have in the restaurant isn’t the same and so they gave me a tiny little side cup of macaroni and cheese and a side of fries. When I called and spoke with James about it in the restaurant he said oh well the only thing we can do is refund you the difference for that macaroni and cheese you got versus the one that’s offered And then you have to come pick it up. I’m sorry your menu online is different than in-store and it’s my fault because I ordered off of the menu that’s on your website? He was very rude and supposedly there was no manager on duty that day in the restaurant to refund me the money since I did not want to go pick up the food and asked for a refund instead he told me I had to call in two days to speak with the manager Dana and to this day I have not yet received my refund and it has been over a week very infuriated with this restaurant horrible...
