I looked for someplace on the Burger King website to air this grievance, but there was no place to do so, so Google it is. Specifically, this was at at the West 3rd Street location in Bloomington. Let me just say, I did not rule, and neither did the sandwich I overpaid for. It was the mushroom and swiss burger, andi can say emphatically that they did not overwhelm it with mushrooms, as there were exactly three on the entire sandwich, and two of them were the little nubs from the sides of the mushroom. The cheese was good, I have to admit, but the bread was dry and the stark lack of mushrooms made for a pretty dry sandwich overall. As an aside, the general atmosphere of this store wasn't great. It took several minutes for people who were already there when I arrived to get their food. I watched one woman patiently stand there for a very long time waiting for someone to notice her to give her the ranch dressing they'd forgotten with her order, and that was after she'd already come back once for a beverage they'd forgotten. Seriously, if I'd been made to stand there as long as she did while my food was getting cold, I would have been pissed. Read moreEvery morning I order (4) Jr breakfast burritos and there’s one specific shift manager (She’s a Karen) that always finds a way to create an issue with my order. There’s a 2 for $3 special going on for the breakfast burritos. If you order (4) Jr breakfast burritos, she won’t give you the discount, she says that she doesn’t do the budget shopping for the customers and she was a real *itch about it…understood. Today I asked for (2) of the 2 for $3 junior breakfast burrito specials and she claims I only asked for one of the specials. I corrected her twice and said I want (2) of the 2 for $3 Jr breakfast specials, not 1. She got real $hitty with me and insisted that I just ask for 4 Jr breakfast burritos and I told her that I’m doing the budget shopping for myself. I get to the window and she insists that I only asked for one special and I put her in her place, then she slams the drive-thru window. I don’t have this issue with anybody else! Left a bad review, a manager contacted me and said they will replace order so I went there on 1/2/19 and the lady I felt with at first refused to replace the order, then came out to the lobby to argue with me. While I was trying to get my 4 year old out of the highchair so we could leave the lady forced the highchair out of my hands with my daughter still in it. She then finds in the book where my order is supposed to be replaced and she then starts to accuse me of hitting my child. As the final straw we leave. While getting my kids in the car this lady comes out and writes my plate number down, so I told her to go ahead and call the cops. She then comes up to my car and still accusing me of hitting my daughter and threatens to have me arrested. This lady needs to be fired and flagged from working there.
