Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Bloomington

Today I went and got two draft mocha coffees. Normally I don't complain, and I will be honest, my drinks didn't take long. But after I ordered my drinks the guy asked the two lady's "could one of you make the two draft mochas" (which i know take 2 minutes to make) they said "mmmmmm no" I laughed at first because I joke like that all the time! But here's why I am upset, they actually didn't make them. One went on her phone the other just stood there RIGHT BY the draft machine talking to the guy. I asked to speak to a manager which he replied HE was, he said he would address it later off the floor. I manage, so when he said this I felt very dismissed. I understand talking to someone on the back about a problem but to ask them to get off their phone I don't feel requires waiting to be pulled to the back. Jokes are funny but when I joke like that I still do what o was asked to do. Smh. Verydisappointed. no customer wants...

So i really never do this but i go to this place like everyday because i work at the Verizon store right next to it. I got a coffee in the morning and then i go to my store and when i went there to get a refill i never got told this in the 2 years working at this store right next to them. The guy told me in a rude manner refills are only for people that stay in there store. I understand that because i can see people abuse this concept but i send so many people over there when they buy a phone because i don't like them to wait and i just tell them well if you want to go to caribou they can and a lot of them just do and come back in 15min. Maybe it changed or what but just wanted to let the owner/manger know. But other then that i love this place and i like this place more then other because of the friendly people that work there and i see them...

If I can provide zero would love to do that unfortunately it can not take less than 1 star. Today I went there and order many orders but the fact I did not give her tip she refused to give me a cupholder. I spend over $50, I will never go there even though it is near my house but the service not good. OH and the girl had an attitude, in order for you to get the tip I should get good customer service which I didn't get it. Believe me I do give tips because in my past while was in college I was a server so I understand the hardship. My tip is not through credit card is always cash because I do not want them to have...
