Everything was great! Food, service and cleanliness. All top notch. I literally had the best burger in all my life! I could have melted when i bit into that juicy just right burger. The bun was soft,the meat juicy,the cheese melted. I could go on and on. It was soooo good! I love the options of all the free toppings for the burgers! The 3 women working were so nice, and did a great job. I was very impressed with their sense of urgency for getting orders done. They were doing the good trick for fast food places that i know well. "two in the lot" I appreciated the cashier explaining the menu without my asking after i told her it was my very first visit.The food is kinda pricey but the portions are large and super filling. Five Guys Burgers and Fries has wonderfully tasty burgers that do not force you to take toppings you may not want. The fries and burgers are so big that I recommend the small fries (or sharing a regular with someone) and the Little burgers; just as tasty and as big as most other burger joint burgers. The soft drink machines allow you to pick a huge variety of flavors from full to light to zero calorie drinks. The big down part of the restaurant is how incredibly noisy it is; after eating in once we now just get the food to go. You can order online but they will not put your fries in until you get there so you really do not save any time at all; I can't recommend doing...

After ordering a sweet tea and trying to fill it up at the Coke machine, only water came out so I politely asked the lady at the front desk and she said she would refill it shortly. I waited for my order to come out, and then asked again if they had refilled it and it was still a no. I ended up eating my entire meal before anyone came out to refill the machine. In fact, it was never refilled. In addition, they had very few napkins and did not have any plastic ketchup containers to fill up and take back to your seat.
