Hardee’s — Restaurant in Bloomington

It has changed so much in the last year in management.

1.I go in because there were 15+ cars in line. This was like 10am thurs. When i walk in the manager was announcing, i can talk you orders but it will be about 20+ min. Before you get it. Half the people left. People in drive thru came in and they left. While there this is what i heard and saw.

6 orders were WRONG, people asking for things and told we ran out.

No Milk .....no coffee cup lids......no oj......no hash rounds......no gravy......no texas toast.....no bacon......and there were 3 other things. I ordered sausage ege bis. With cheese. I seen it placed on the bar thing, and when she decided to give it to me it had sat 10 min. Was NOT good tasteing .

And 7 out of 10 people came back in with something wrong . Words said......

Another time 2 weeks later i go back in thinking ok that was just a bad day. So I thought. People waiting forever. I placed my order the same thing as before...i step aside, some woman said I have been waiting 12 min. Now. A couple more past she was handed her order. She left, came right back in , they forgot 3 things. The woman said in a nice voice, this is ridiculous , the same manager said i only have 2 works back there and 1 other besides me up front. Lady said then hirer more help. The woman also said you need a better attitude. Manger let her have it. Than when the lady left she blasted her in front of us all...

I get my order and it was wrong . I look in bag and there was bis. And gravy, lid open and gravy in the bag.

What the HECK is going on. I hear people talk bad about it all the time. We love Hardees food. But i have to agree THIS IS BEON RIDICULOUS. THAT THIN ,DARK LONG HAIR MANAGER NEEDS REPLACED.

My husband went in and ordered bacon egg, cheese bic. Extra extra crispy. He seen her reach grab 2 and the bacon looked raw she did not make sure. We are idiot's for putting our selfs through this every time. If I could I would...

I went through the drive through at Hardee's in Bloomington Indiana this evening. And I will tell you they have on the menu chicken tenders. Well, I went to order chicken tenders. They told me they could not serve them because they were frozen. Then I wanted onion rings knowing they had onion rings. They said they don't serve onion rings. I ordered a cheeseburger with everything but no lettuce tomato or onion. I ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger. Child cheeseburger with cheese and ketchup only when I took the kids mill out of the bag. It's smelled awful. The hamburger size was way too small for the bun. There was no catch up, no.The Mushroom Swiss melt very, very old, the burger.I got smelled disgusting. Then as I'm sitting through the drive through after I paid. I'm watching this lady literally. She kept opening the cheeseburger or the Mushroom Swiss burger. Whichever one it was, and she kept looking at and looking at it and looking at it and looking at it, but she was touching the whole thing with her hanswer effing disgusting and I paid $25 for that. We'll not be doing it again and we'll never go there again. They have literally gone downhill.They might as well shut their doors.Because it looks like Freddy's is getting more business than they are.Freddy's has better food.Better business better employee. I will not be going to Hardee's. They are literally going downhill if you want to get food pours and then go right ahead and go to them if you're wanting really good chicken, don't go to them because they'll tell you. It's frozen they can't serve it if you want onion rings. Knowing they had them at 1. They'll tell you they don't do onion rings anymore. It's disgusting. I have never been more disappointed in fast food. Then I was this $25 on disgusting...

I was very disappointed with this transaction today on Sunday may 19th 2024. You would think with all the fast food places going out of business in bloomington that this bloomington Hardee's would try to be better so they don't end up faring the same way. I went in with my husband expecting the same experience I get in Bedford or martinsville IN and much to my surprise the staff was rude and unfriendly they acted as if we were bothering them by being there. We waiting standing at the counter a good thirty minutes even though no one was in the restaurant and they had only one order on the drive through screen. The girls up front kept giving us dirty looks and rolling their eyes at us ( what for? Idk because all we did was place an easy order of a number 4 and number 1 and didnt change anything on them) the girl that took our order slammed our cups down on the counter which was rude. I then went to fill my soft drink and stepped in a gigantic puddle of sticky slimy water coming from the soda machine . We finally got our food to go and my husband asked for napkins so she throws them into the bag rolling her eyes at us. I go to the rest room and the seats are disgusting and all eaten up with chunks missing. I finally get out to the car and we drive away when I open our bag it's the wrong order. Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly just for ordering food. I do not reccomend this...
