White Castle — Restaurant in Bloomington

First of all im sickened that I have to even give this review 1 star to even leave a review.

After work my fiance and I decided to grab a quick bite to eat before continuing our night. We order at the drive thur and the speaker is ridiculous you can barley hear what is being said when taking your order. It was repeated a few times and over and over again. So finally we drove up to the window and the cashier immediately he demands 8 dollars and some change for the order and we told the cashier that we think the order got mixed up because we can't hear what is being said over the speaker can you repeat what we have ordered. He said well she repeated it to you like 4 times! And continued to argue with us! We explained that the speaker is hard to hear and he still continue when his same statement "she said your order like 4 times" we told him all hes doing is arguing with us now. We told that boy we're not paying for our food and he slammed the window shut... we drove off and my fiance decided to go inside to speak with the manager. Turns out the manager was the woman that took our order and my fiance told her about how terrible the speaker was outside and everything that had happened at the window with the boy. Her words to my fiance "im normally not the manager at this white castle i work on the highways".... meanwhile the boy and his co-workers were laughing in the back. The manager then gave my fiance a number 1-800 thecrave....... really?? This is the worst white...

Everytime in my past three visits they have shorted me food I paid for. One of the times I was already across town and had to turn around and come back. So wasted gas because they didn't pay attention to detail The lady manager talks really nice to you but has a huge attitude problem and treats customers as if she's talking to her friends in a negative way. And they have issues ringing your food up properly thus an issue getting the order correct. Really don't recommend this location unless you just really have a taste for white castle burgers because it's the only one in Bloomington. So in update I went today to buy a six-pack for $4 and a 12-piece ring for $3.99 and was made to pull up without even getting my burgers because I needed to make fresh nuggets I asked for my burgers which I ordered special with extra onion and extra pickle which I always do, they made me pull up I asked for my burgers she gives me burgers with no onion and not extra pickle. So I go inside show me the burgers they make fresh ones nuggets and they gave me my nuggets and make me wait for the burgers and like I said it was shorted two nuggets am I still had the car that was behind me sitting at the window but I had to pull up without my food. When I got the food the onions were dried up and I don't eat the meat and I will add a photo. Thanks for my dinner tonight I'm not very happy!!!! i think I've seen one in California but never tried it. I've seen it here many times but never tried. days ago I finally did. first and foremost I commend only 3 staff for being quick. i see how the young lady cooked the burger sliders, it was something, she didn't need a help. but I saw how my order was done by the guy, is it how it is done? only the bread was put in like a manual toaster but the plant base meat and other stuff were taken from the small fridge and put inside the bread and that's it ? there is one thing I saw that made me cringe, while they are all busy that the young lady was trying to put the bread to the carton, somehow it manage to feel out of the carton to the stainless steel top where they would prepare stuff. so she reacted and told the guy that it skipped out of the carton but she still put it back and with all the orders put it in the white Castle bag....

I still have two of the sliders in the fridge. i admire their fast hands working and the management to make sure that it's clean should have at least anothet stuff because the other guy, the cashier also helped in making it or putting it in the bag and taking cards or cash....
