Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bloomington

For some reason this location no longer puts online pizza portal pickups in the pizza portal warmer. Over the last two months I have been taking record of all my orders there that were supposed to be placed in the pizza portal, not a single one of them has been. The last time I ordered I even waited extra time before I went in to see if they would put the food into the warmer after it was finished and not only did they not do that, but I walked in and sat next to the warmer and waited for about 10 extra minutes before someone finally asked me if I was there for a pickup order. When I said yes and gave them my name they immediately turned around and pulled my order off the counter in the back of the restaurant and handed it to me. Which unfortunately means that it was sitting there getting cold for about 10-15 minutes before i finally got it, instead of being placed in the warmer for me to pick up like it was supposed to be. I also took a video of the interaction and have the entire thing on camera

EDIT: After further review of other comments I have decided I will never again order food from this location. I’ve lived in this town for 25 years and this is probably the second worst example of customer service I’ve ever seen...

I went into this store on Oakland ordered my pizza when to the redbox came back 40 minutes later and I had no pizza. The girl accused me of lying about ordering them because she didn’t see the order on her screen... I gave her the receipt to show I ordered and payed and of course she didn’t have anything to say to me after that yet turned to her co-worker and chuckled and said we missed a whole order. I didn’t see the humor in it at all so all in all it took me 1 hour and 35 minutes to get my order. No one offered to take half off or even bother to apologize.... there were multiple complaints about how long it was taking and people were bringing pizzas back because they were burnt or not correct. all the while the cooks in the back were laughing and only had this to say between their jokes “ ope sorry about the delay” and laughed again. very imachure group working including the so called manager. Very disappointed... it will be well worth the drive to go across town to cottage from now on. Oh and caught them making pizza’s without wearing gloves!!! yes I called them out on it and gloves were worn when my pizza was being made. The regional office will be getting a...

Im not sure who the young person, short with glasses, skinny & I believe was a boy is working on the ovens on Friday 11-17-23 @ 8pm. But this is the 2nd time I’ve got a pizza that the crust was Very doughy to where the toppings were just falling off the pizza when picked up because the crust was So thin & doughy! Idk if they are pulling the pizzas out to early or what. Even messed up a Pizza & Stix the Same way to where I couldn’t even eat it smh. I got a Pizza & Stix (same exact order) on Monday 11-13-23 around 8pm also & an African American man made it & it was Just Fine that night! Cooked rite & tasted Very well! But, as I said whoever this young boy with glasses is, you guys need to take him Off making the pizzas! 1st time they made my pizza it actually made me sick to my stomach from eating it the way it was, so I didn’t even bother eating this one this time! Needless to say I won’t be returning & If I do I will make Sure I walk in to make sure that young boy Isn’t the one making the pizzas Or on the oven!!’...
