I've been a customer since I was fifteen--so nearly two decades of experience with this shoppe. The owner is a gem. Staff always ask if they can help and offer suggestions for substitutions on the rare occasion something is sold out and won't be restocked within the week. I get all of my condiments from here, as well as many different kinds of fresh produce when I need to make a new batch of kimchi. The owner always gives me some tips or advice when I’m choosing something new! Or attempting a new recipe. Once I was looking to buy a bottle of dipping sauce for some steamed dumplings and he was quick to tell me how to make it myself with simple ingredients :) I love this place so much!
