Driving through Bloomington on my way to Columbus. Placed a mobile order at around 7:50pm. Store was advertised as being open until 8:30. I arrived at 8:11pm to pick up my order of 3 drinks and the door was locked. Drive through was blocked. I called the store and was told they had closed at 8. When I asked how I’m supposed to get my order or refund, was told I’d have to wait until the next day. When I said I was from out of town, employee said I could contact another store. He then hung up because he said I was “rude and disrespectful.” When I called back to speak to manager, the same person answered and when I said I’d like to know how to get my refund he said he wouldn’t answer that because I was “rude and disrespectful.” Then I call again, the same person answers, and identifies himself as Troy, the manager. I’m trying to figure out how a paying customer who doesn’t receive the goods they purchased is the “rude and disrespectful” one. Shame on you Starbucks for poor...
Read moreI placed a mobile order with 5 items at 9:52am got there shortly after 10am with an estimate ready time of 10:05am. When I arrived the one frozen drink on the order was already ready. It took half an hour to get all the items as they came up one at a time every 5-7 minutes. The location was absolutely swamped, and the staff was super stressed. The only person who was even cordial was who I can only assume was the manager. It was super disorganized and all the patrons were getting their orders the same way. I don't understand why the orders were not coming up in a way that would get people moved through and out quickly with drinks ready together instead of half of everyone's orders luke warm to cold with one drink pleasant. Read moreI went to the 46 bypass Starbucks on September 5th. I ordered by phone at 1:55pm, arrived in the Starbucks by 2. I waited until 2:15, still no drink. I watched around 10-12 customers come in, order, get their drinks and leave and I still hadn’t been served. I even watched other people waiting for mobile orders get their drinks and leave. I kindly approached the girl working register and explained that I had seen several other customers come in, order, and leave with their drinks. The girl on register simply had no cares about the poor service I received. I explained that I could not wait any longer and I asked if I could please have a refund. They refunded the money, with NO APOLOGIES. I left without a drink and with a ruined day. I will Never return to this...
