Update, they closed and reopened after construction and their prices are higher - expected. But what is not okay is that the coffees are always cold and only half full the 3 or 4 times I've gone since. Nothing is hot and a half a cup of coffee shouldn't be 5 bucks! I'm really sad they aren't good like they used to be. I gave a few tries and every time it's been like this since they reopened.
------------‐-------------------------------------- It's hit or miss on this location. I've had amazing experiences and horrible ones. Lately they're all bad. I don't know who the guy at the window is in the A.M now but he is so rude. He won't hand your drink to you he stares at you and does not speak or gesture and he has an incredible attitude. The food has tasted freezer burnt and the drinks have been poor. I miss the old dunkin!

Read moreThe lady that took my order in drive thru today was so rude! Even my 10 year old said she’s mean mom! I came and got drinks for the 5 of us, me, my husband and 3 kids and the girl working told me , “ummm this is a big order, next time do an online order instead of drive thru!” You could tell she was angry, it was very uncomfortable and no I won’t order online bc it’s always messed up when I do! And to me, you Should never tell me how I need to freaking order my food! I feel like going back and ordering $200 worth through the drive thru! My order was 40$!!!!! That is NOT a huge order! Come on now! If you hate your job so bad then leave and get a new one! Don’t treat my kids and my family horrible because you hate your job. We will never go back to this location. She was horrible! Read moreStopped by this morning and drive thru was busy so I walked in. 6 employees, which is great for this tiny location, were all busy. After waiting for approximately 7 minutes just to place an order I asked if the gentleman in front of me had placed his order yet and before he could answer I was met with a very rude and loud employee “we are short staffed.” No you’re not! Why do all 6 employees need to all work the drive thru? Why is this the excuse when you have 6 employees working at this tiny location. Why am I less important than drive thru? I physically parked my car and walked in only to be felt like my order can wait over someone in the drive thru, sitting in their car, warm, listening to their own music. After she yelled at us she walked away. I never got to place my order because she had to finish helping the other 5 employees work those drive thru orders.
