Starbucks — Restaurant in Blythewood

I have visited this location during 7 AM visits. I usually get Cheese pesto egg sandwich and tall cappuccino with 1 raw sugar sachet in it. They make my drink perfect with 1 raw sugar added and blended into my cappuccino taking away my time of opening the lid, tearing and pouring and stirring sugar. However, TWICE I ordered Egg Pesto cheese sandwich and TWICE it came COLD from CENTER area. When they hand it to me, the packet and bread is warm. But always center part is ICE COLD..! Either their machine is not working as per the standards OR Starbucks Headquarters whoever has decided on warming this sandwich for say example 1 minute has not tasted this sandwich to know it remains cold. So Starbucks headquarters Food Quality control employees should have known this and address the concern. They had sent out survey when 1st time I had this issue. I explained in survey so I thought by now the headquarters would have called this location or sent their Quality Control technician to check food and machine but no. Nothing is done yet and I keep getting same...

This hardscrabble location is so close to home, and I was so excited! But the drinks taste awful each time I went! Either tasted watered down or improper ingredients and half full cups. Maybe they don't have the recipes down yet, but they don't taste as they should. Only at this location do they taste bad! I forgot and went on Halloween, and I suddenly remembered that the drinks aren't good at this location, but I was at the drive-through window to pay. I went ahead and paid for it with hopes that they'd worked out the kinks, and it still tasted awful. I usually get a white chocolate mocha, PSL, etc. I've been driving a little extra to the one down the road near Kroger. Also, I always feel pressured to tip for awful coffee, as that is the very first thing that's placed in my face at the window, even before my drink. I tip anyway. Every time we visit this establishment, they are always out of ingredients, and no matter the barista. They always have an attitude. They act like they hate their lives, and their job is terrible, and yet they continuously take it out on their customers, regardless of my better judgment, I always try to give this location another shot, but today will be my last time ever visiting this establishment! Everybody nowadays is entitled to a tip just for doing their job, and entitled to higher pay just for pouring a cup of coffee! I have worked several years in the food industry, and nowadays everybody is entitled and it is disgusting.
