Tasty Crab — Restaurant in South Carolina

So I came in this evening, my first time since the doors opened and I must say I was a little disappointed. I did not think I'd have to put on the plastic gloves and dig into my bag to make sure that everything was in there before I left but I should have. For $40 I was a little disappointed. The whiting was very small like nuggets type. Not what I expected at all and I ordered "A" on the menu which was shrimp and crab leg combo that's supposed to come with sausage and one corn.. Both sausage and corn were missing. Only 6 pieces of shrimp, which I guess is normal but the "so called" cluster was very small... This was not a good experience. Shrimp was slightly over cooked. Crab legs snapped well I but again very small amount. I reached out to the business communicated with Mark. Inquired about partial refund, didn't really want food compensation but that was offered instead. I'm thinking I could get another item due to the experience but they only wanted to offer a discount. For what we got, definitely wasn't willing to spend anymore money here. I had food missing but you want me to spend more money!? Ugghh NO! Hate to say it, but probably better off going to Fiery Crab. They just need to make sure all food in the bag and perhaps consider adding just a little more considering the cost. This could've been a child's plate. Wish I had taken...

Literally DISGUSTING & disappointed. I tried to give this restaurant a chance to hopefully make it right and replace my order , not a refund just a replacement before posting this nasty picture but they refused . LUCKILY I didn’t bite into this potato after seeing it kinda black ofc course I couldn’t even eat my meal after this !!! Door dash refunded me 10$ since the potatoes is side item ((while I paid more then 10$ in just delivery charges)) but who would have an appetite after seeing this ??? I called & asked the store manager if I could get a replacement boil and she declined. They got my $$ & that’s all they cared about , I didn’t think it would be an issue considering they sold me rotten food , but this establishment really...

Don't let the one star reviews point you away from this establishment. The seafood boils are delicious. I got the snow crab legs & shrimp without heads drowned in hot Cajun. It came with 3 potatoes and a half ear of corn. 10/10

I also got the fried calamari, which left quite a bit to be desired. They weren't crispy and they were very bland and tasted like flour. It's a new establishment and I'm sure they're still getting things dialed in.

Overall, I'm satisfied and will be back for their seafood boil....
