Electric Smoke Vapor — Local services in Boca Raton

Sold me an overpriced vape, same brand but with less features then my previous one, then sold me the wrong accessories for the device and then they would not let me return or exchange it.

I bought a vape there along with some coils and vape juice. The vape was the same brand and I thought same model as my previous one, however it was about 40% more expensive than the last one I bought. After getting home I realized the model I bought has less features, namely I had no way of restricting the airflow. It was way too harsh for me. I brought it back to try and return/exchange it but they told me they don’t do returns or exchanges. I requested they explain the situation to the owner and left my number; I never heard back. I was able to figure out how to restrict the airflow with some electrical tape and use the device, although it’s not great. This was my first time visiting this vape shop, and I was genuinely impressed. One of the workers, Red, went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to recommend products that I actually ended up enjoying — and at great prices, too!

Unlike some other vape shops that hike up the cost for the same items, this place was honest and affordable. The store itself is a decent size, clean, and well-stocked with a wide variety of options. I also noticed they had a ton of gift-worthy items, which is perfect with the holidays coming up.

I don’t why, but ever since I switch smoke places within the area I have found electric to be the most exciting one of them all. The music is great, the surroundings are captivating, the products work amazing, and the employees are the sweetest. Especially one employee named Cole, if I matched the right name to the right face lol. Cole is amazing, he makes the place pop with so much more color.
