Updated for the owner. Actually I did request no mayo and Your childish response below shows why I’ll never order from you again. This was your mistake on a $57.00 not $6.00 cheese burger and your still giving me attitude. When I called I was not rude at all and you know it. You actually had to check my order history to see if. Was a good customer before you called me back with quite a different tone. Very unprofessional

Was ordering here at least twice a week, just ordered a medium Chicago, two subs and 3 cokes, $57.00. One of the subs was an Italian in which I requested spinach instead of lettuce, and told the lady taking the order multiple times spinach, tomatoes, onions, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. nothing else. The sub came LOADED with mayo(which I hate) I understand mistakes happen, i called to see if it could be corrected, the owner answered, and was initially happy..... I told him the sub came with mayo which I stated I didn’t want. He then proceeded to tell me because I subbed the spinach for lettuce that it comes like that.... I then advised that this was not what I ordered and My girlfriends sub came with a lot of mayo also. He refused to fix the errors he made for a paying customer. All I wanted was them to bring me over another sandwich roll ....and He didn’t even let me get that far ... He was more concerned with giving me such an attitude I wasn’t even able to requesting that he corrected my order. At this point I don’t care if he called me and voided my whole order, I won’t give my harder earned money to someone who talks to a paying...

Reviewed yesterday. Unacceptable reply. We strive to do better. What kinda reply is that? Been ordering food here the past 15yrs. Stay in hotels after I drive here to deliver snowbirds. Give a bad review cause u screwed me outta my correct change and all you can say is. We strive to do better? Nonsense reply. If there was a choice to not pick a star we would have done so. Very poor service from the moment we made our order over the phone to the moment we had our food delivered. The delivery guy had all the food on the pizza box causing the cheese from the pizza to stick to the top of the box. We ordered 1 penne pasta and was charged for 2. Our pizza was delivered stone cold as well. When I called the restaurant to speak to the manager I was told he was to busy to come to the phone. As I continued with my complaints the woman on the phone stated it was our fault for the order being a mistake. As a General Manager myself I would never leave my customers unsatisfied as they did to me and my family. Overly price definitely will not order with this pizzeria again.
