The broker-in-charge Jennifer Lee was rude & obnoxious when we called her. Rather then offer strategies & solutions to the sticking point we reached in our real estate transaction, she became extremely gruff, defensive & dismissive of us which only aggravated an already volatile situation.

She accepted no responsibility for the bad behavior of the agent under her charge. Just the opposite: she defended it & shouted down any evidence to the contrary.
