I work in customer service and this always bothers me so much! This place is ok, It's a chain so they don't get credit for whether the food is good or not. I paid and ordered my meal online and waited an additional 20mns to go to lunch so my sandwich would be ready even tho I was starving!
They didn't even bother to make it until I showed up. We are in an office plaza most of us go there for lunch and we can't waste 20mns waiting for a basic sandwich to be made. I'm pissed I really wanted a cheeseteak.

Read moreWhat a disappointment. Our company placed a group order from this location, and my hot sub was missing the bacon that comes on the sandwich. I drove back to get it fixed, only to be met with blank stares — no greeting, no apology. I explained the issue, and without a word, one employee grabbed some bacon and wrapped it in wax paper. Another asked what happened, I explained again, and I was handed two strips of bacon with a "have a nice day" and still no acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
