The workers are skilled and professional, but management is poor. I was told the job at my home would cost $75/hr labor + materials. That's a fair rate. However, the company tried to charge me an additional $150 for travel time to my home. This company is located less than 2 miles from my home! Had them come out to install recess lights, pendants and ceiling fan. They went to homedepot to purchase materials which took 2 1/2 hours ( which I was paying for) recessed light could not be used due to my ceilings are cement, did not like pendants so didn’t use and they added a plate to other ceiling light they installed of mine, material cost was $700.00 which was only for homedepot ceiling fan and plate for my ceiling light.
