This is still the worst sub shop in the area. I would never go back here after the number of times ive had problems. The increasing prices and the shrinking portions.

I still think this is the worst sub shop in the area. They tell you to leave feedback for problems they never fix the problems. These guys can’t even complete the simple task of notifying you when your sandwiches ready through the app. I contacted Jimmy John’s feedback lot of times. Nothing ever changes. The best thing you could do is just not go here..

decided to give them one more shot not only is this the worst Jimmy John’s. Apparently Jimmy John’s just sucks and filled with greed. Raise their prices over two dollars since the last time I was here. Go to Wawa instead you’ll be happy. Paying over $10 for a sub here is a waste of money. This place sucks.

I have tried over and over again at this Jimmy John’s. I order through the app never get the notification no matter how many times I ask those guys no notification. I know there’s a button they push to notify me as well.

Last time I got my sandwiches the bread wasn’t even cooked all the way. I’m a freaking chef so don’t even try to rebuttal that. Great sandwiches and affordable prices. Been eating here for several years and I’ve Never been unhappy. Sandwiches are always consistent, love the fresh veggies, and I’m so thrilled they brought the fresh sprouts back too! Yesterday I tried “the Frenchie” and it was awesome. Simple sandwich already made, that you can grab and eat on the go! My most fav sub is the Tom Turkey! I def recommend this place for a great, fast, satisfying sub! 6/12 /21—Just returned here to grab 2 more “Frenchies” as my folks LOVE LOVE them and now have to have one every week. The mgr Ruben told me about a “breadless” sub I never knew they had called the “Unwich” and I must tell you, I think it’s my new FAV item at JJ’s! It’s a sub in a lettuce wrap and it’s perfect. Less fat, less carbs, more veggies. I had the BLT and seriously folks it’s amazing! I’m trying to cut out the bread and this is the way to do it! They can do Any sub this way, Just ask!! I have been a loyal customer to Jimmy Johns off 2nd avenue since they opened. We usually order weekly and have used their catering services many times; however, this last experience I encountered yesterday will be my last. Last week our order took over an hour. Yesterday, I placed an order for 2 sandwiches at 11:32. An hour later I called the location to find out where my order was since it was out for delivery for almost an hour and was either placed on long holds and hung up on or they would answer and just hang up. After 9 phone calls and 1.5 later, I finally went to the store since I live on the same street and asked for a refund. There were two people working. The blonde haired girl was extremely rude. She wasn't the person assisting with the refund, but decided to shout across the counter at me telling me that they are too busy and I should start ordering my subs from some place else! She proceeds to tell me "everyone lives down the street they say". I'm appalled at the customer service. What a difference from when they opened until now.
