Kee Grill This is an update to my previous review (below). Iâve been to Kee Grill many times over the years with my parents. Itâs my motherâs favorite restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Itâs been a couple of years since I was there because of Covid. We ate take out and enjoyed it. We go out to restaurants with outdoor seating which Kee doesnât have. Finally we decided to go on a cool rainy day hoping it wouldnât be busy for our first indoor dinner. Arriving when they opened at 4:30 to avoid as many people as possible.
It was as if nothing had changed. Kee Grill still looks great. The food is as good as always. The service is as friendly and efficient as in the past. So why did I lower the rating from 5 to 4 Star? The wait staff all wear masks while out on the floor. But since Kee has an open kitchen which I was facing, I got to see how many of the staff wore their masks as chin straps. A few didnât wear a mask at all. Even our server pulled her mask down while in the kitchen. Even watched one staff member cough into her hand and then handle food. My guess is that itâs a company policy to wear a mask but itâs not enforced. My personal feeling (itâs ok if you feel different) is that either wear the mask or donât. But itâs not acceptable to wear it while out on the floor but not while in the kitchen handling food.
I will go back again once omicron settles down. Until that happens or Kee Grill enforces or changes their mask policy, it will be takeout only. Itâs a great place to eat and I feel bad as Iâm sure itâs hard to enforce a mask policy on workers who donât want to wear a mask. I canât wait until I can change my rating back to 5 Star.

   Read moreThis was the First Time I went to Ke'e Grill and everything was perfect. I went with my mother and 4 other friends, we were seated at a Round Table, which was perfect. Reservations are a Must. I started off with a drink from the bar, which our waiter Luis recommended. I wish I could Recall the name of the drink because it was light and refreshing. It's on the drink menu, I believe the third one down. In any event, the atmosphere was cool. Dinner: I had Swordfish in a Picatta Sauce with Mashed potatoes and asparagus; it also was served with a Cesar Salad. The Swordfish was excellent and the sauce was light. Not to heavy, just the perfect Amount. If you like Swordfish, I would highly recommend this dish. My mother also started off with a Salad and, she had Stuffed Shrimp with Crab meat, mashed potatoes and creamed spinach; Excellent. Luis our waiter was Excellent; Friendly, Polite, Always Smiling, he was on top of everything, made suggestions and was just wonderful and Inviting. I loved the atmosphere because it felt like you were at a Restaurant on the Beach but indoors. I Highly Recommend this place if you enjoy Seafood but, Reservations are a Must and, make sure you go before 6pm. Otherwise you will pay about $10.00 more; before 6pm, you pay less. But again, the Food was Excellent, the Liquor Drinks are Refreshing and there Key Lime pie was fantastic. We will definitely be going back. The 6 of us had a Great Time, No Complaints whatsoever and Luis was a wonderful waiter. All the Staff was wonderful.    Read moreGreat fresh seafood We returned to the restaurant with one of my longtime friends Alan and Janet who I met in 1962 and they and their family became friends and patients We arrived at 6;15 and all of the early bird dinners were in the desert. They gave me a handicapped table because I am using a wheelchair we started with a âdirty â martini and a glass of white đ Alan shared a house salad with blue cheese dressing it sounded good so I split the same thing with my fiancee. They ordered pork chops with a side of spinach souffle and a sweet potato I had the special blackened mahi-mahi with the sides of the mushrooms and the spinach SoufflĂ© a My fiancĂ© ordered the scallops which were delicious as it was a large portion. I think that every single dish is so good that I love to eat here. Itâs my favorite restaurant in I wholeheartedly love to come back to this restaurant We returned to this restaurant with my vegetarian daughter who is laid back and said that she would find some things on the menu. WRONG there was nothing on the menu except for the salad The woman, who was my waiter did her best to make sure that my daughter had something to eat Because they are not able to serve at least one of the vegetarian offers on the menu, I took 2 stars out of my review otherwise everything was perfect But it is cruel not to have an idea of what the growing population of the U.S.A....
