Stoner's Pizza Joint — Restaurant in Boca Raton

I ordered Uber Eats delivery from this place to give them a chance and what did they do? S#### up my order. I asked for pepperoni, spinach and mushrooms on a large pizza. Notes included: please add extra parmesean to the breadsticks and pizza WELL DONE. Very easy.

We don't live that close to them so ordering Eats was more convenient. Unboxing: pizza was bland, NO pepperoni and undercooked. Breadsticks are awful. They may as well have been croissants, flavorless and NO parmesean as requested. My spouse called to complain and the young lady who answered has ZERO interpersonal skills and no customer service.

Her response: "what do you want me to do about it?"..."I'll have another one made and you can come pick it up"... you can only imagine what's running through my mind. Advice to pizza restaurants (yes Stoners Pizza too): READ THE ORDER CORRECTLY. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. CARE ABOUT YOUR JOB AND DO IT WELL. People pay good money for these services and to be let down this way is not good for business or community. I'll never order from this...

The food I received was pretty awful. Wings are supposed to be crispy — the wings I received were wet and loose. They seemed microwaved, they were at the very least definitely frozen. They weren’t tossed in sauce, the sauce was dumped over the wings so that there was an insane about of sauce on the top, but the bottoms had none. On top of that, I paid $15 for 10 wings. That’s $1.50 PER WING! And they were terrible!!! Having a name like Stoners Pizza is no excuse to be lazy. I don’t understand the point of having a restaurant when there’s obviously no passion for the food. The person who I talked to on the phone was very nice — I just feel like I got ripped off. Don't understand why people say positive things about this place.

If I could give a zero for service I would. I came in to order two slices of cheese pizza at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday September 6th 2025. When I received the package in a to-go container (a styrofoam container) it was completely mush, and when I asked for a straw or a cup to share our drink, they did not have any... I asked them to put our pizza slices back in the oven to crisp it up for my friend who is disabled... not only did it take 10 minutes just to put it back in the oven but they then scraped to everything off the tray it melted on because it all fell apart and threw it in a container for us to take home instead of offering a new slice. The crust is great!! But service sucks and pizza doesn't hold together. This is so unfortunate because the crust is...
