VC's Kitchen — Restaurant in Boca Raton

VC’s Kitchen is truly a hidden gem in Boca Raton and quickly becoming one of my favorite spots. The first time I stopped in, I had the Chicken Caesar wrap and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. On my next visit, I tried Boca’s Best, their hot chicken sandwich, and it completely lived up to the name. Both times, I was greeted at the counter by Joseph, who is not only friendly but genuinely accommodating, making the whole experience even better.

What really sets VCs Kitchen apart is the atmosphere created by the owner and his wife, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You can tell they truly care about their customers, and it shows. Even the regulars seemed comfortable and at home, which speaks volumes about the kind of place this is. This place is clean ! If there was an award for the cleanest place around I would give it to you over and over ! The staff is so kind and helpful . The way they pay attention to each customer is incredible! I will continue to support this business as they continue to grow . Gio deserves every award there is as well for one of the best staff members I’ve ever encountered in any restaurant he has the best attitude . He’s a great team player and leader ! This food is fresh and also very tasty ! I will be buying all my food for lunch here for years to come ! MAKE SURE TO GET THE FRENCH TOAST MUFFIN !!!!!!! I went one time and I understand they opened recently. My honest opinion. I recommend checking that all ingredients are fresh. The Waldorf sandwich I tried may not have been. Perhaps the overall temperature of the location could play a role, as it was warm inside the restaurant. A considerable item for maintaining freshness of food. Also I had originally wanted a shrimp bowl but rice was low, shrimp was not ready, they said about 10 mins and the original server was nice but needed training to learn how to make the bowl and asked me to wait for others to free up to ask for help.
