Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Boerne

Worst customer service ever from the night manager. I ordered a pizza for delivery around 7. Still didn't get it about an hour later so I called. As soon as the "manager" got on the phone, he said "yea whats the problem". I said it's been over an hour and I haven't received my pizza. He told me the delivery driver attempted to deliver, knocked on my door and even called me three times, which was not the truth bc I have a ring camera and nobody came to knock on my door AT ALL. I had received ONE phone call from an unknown number but I don't answer unknown numbers so I didn't answer. There was no voicemail, text message, nothing to let me know this was my pizza delivery driver. The "managers" tone of voice was very rude and came off to seem like this was somehow my fault. Like it was MY fault his delivery driver had gone to the wrong door and knocked. Like it was MY fault I didn't answer my phone that one time the driver called. If he would have gone to the correct door the first time there would have been no reason to call me! I just wanted my pizza. He could have apologized or had a better attitude about a customer that...

I made a curbside order through the app and when arriving my app was not working and letting me check in so I called to ask what to do and they told me I was going to have to walk in to get it. Ok fine. Then my app decides to work so I called them back and tell them that my app is working, but I noticed that it says I have to park in front of the store, however there are no parking spots available except for the end of the building. I tell the person this and they say that’s fine as long as you’re close enough. I then get into a closer parking spot to then find an employee parking next to me. So they want you to park in front of their store for curbside, but yet let their employees park in front of the store blocking those curbside parking spots where you have to park. Then I wait and wait and wait and my pizza never comes so I go inside to grab it and it’s sitting on the rack with no one taking it out to me. Needless to say, do not do curbside with...

LET ME TELL YOU, I order from here, since I'm the busy, working woman. This place saves my butt every single time when I cut too close to dinner time. NEVER have they ever been late finishing ANY of my orders. Honestly I know they change cooks, but its almost like the same person. Never burnt, or too crispy (i have a texture issue). They hit it out of the park, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Also being very nice and respectful. DONT GET ME STARTER ON WHEN I HAVE TO GET IT DELIVERED. This last time I had Lyle as a driver, that pizza was hot AND fresh. Like he brought the damn oven with him.
