Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a mobile provider. I entered this store to transfer a number to Cricket via a promotional offer for $49.99 to receive an IPhone 11. The number was transferred, at which point the store rep went to retrieve the IPhone 11 from the back. She returned to say they we out of stock, and a new shipment would arrive the following day. She gave me my Cricket SIM card, took my name and number and informed me I would get a call when the phone arrives.
The next day, I call to see if the shipment had arrived, which it hadn’t. I drove to a different store to find out the store rep from Boerne messed up…bad. She had processed the transaction as if I were bringing my own device, resulting in having to pay $500+ to receive the iPhone 11 I had originally came in for.
The store manager became involved, only to try and take the stance that it was a “he said, she said” issue and there was no solution to the issue. When asked why I was instructed to pick up an iPhone 11 the next day, and left with a SIM card in a bag when I allegedly wanted to transfer the device that I had in hand, he had no answers.
I was able to pick apart every hypothetical scenario he threw at me, yet he stood by the “he said, she said” argument and assured me there was absolutely no resolution. Not even an attempt to rectify. Absolutely horrible experience. My advice, drive to San Antonio in order to receive...
Read moreI have had several issues but none that where can I talk to your manager bad. I do not ask for managers, I do not send my food back. We are all just trying to make it. Until today I made a bridge payment last Friday and the young lady that I spoke with told me I could make my next bridge payment the following Friday. I was told 7 days. I went in today (Friday 7 days later) to make my payment and was told that I needed to make it yesterday. There was nothing that could be done not only do I need to make my original payment that is double what I should have to pay but an additional 15$ to restore service. I called customer service, they were no help either. I have been with cricket for years but I will never come back as a customer. Why are we strait out lying about our policy to customers. It even says on the website 7 days. So if the website says 7 days and you are training your employees to tell us 7 days but the cut off is really 6 days it seems toe that this greedy corporations really just needs to be boycotted and I will givey honest opinion to friends and family about cricket as a shady business that really should just be absorbed by a more honest and...
Read moreElderly people BEWARE! I went to have my phone checked out due to not keeping a charge. I have been a Cricket customer for many years. ALEXIS was my sales person who said I needed a new phone and sold me one for $30.00 which was an Iphone 11. After leaving the store I realized she failed to transfer any contacts or my photos. I went back to the store 30 minutes later to get this resolved and was told by a young man I would need my apple ID and would have to go the the Apple store fir this. I asked to speak to Alexis and she would not come out to the front of the store to speak to me!! After a month I got a charge of $130.00 on my bank account for "Progressive Leasing " having no clue what this was for I called them and they explained I had a lease agreement thru Cricket for $1400.00. I was totally UNAWARE OF THIS!! She never explained this to me or went over a receipt with me! Now I know why this store is top in sales!! PATHETIC that you do business like this with ELDERLY people.
