Tacos Losoya — Restaurant in Boerne

First time going (but not the last one). Trying find the "Best tacos in Boerne". I order 4 kinds, Pastor, Tripas, Birria and Asada. Pastor was the best, meat was tender and juicy, good marinated. Tripas was second, just at the edge of the being crispy and tender. Birria was good, but needed a better salsa* maybe a special salsa for them made with the same juice* (?). Asada was good, little tough but needed a more spicy salsa to kick in.

Didn't ask for other salsas, don't know if they have but I'll ask next time.

Horchata is good too, not so sweet but the right flavor.

Tortilla was good but it will give more taste to the tacos using the same fat of the meat you are ordering from.

I will recommend this place.

Don't know if it's the best yet, but i will come back for sure.

Note: they are Monterrey's Style, I'm more from the south of México.

We’ve gone here a few times and our order is wrong literally every single time. The food is good but not good enough to give them free money and not get tacos we paid for. Count your tacos before you leave and open each one to make sure it’s what you actually ordered.. sounds ridiculous but that’s what you have to do here. This place used to be good, but I think they got a new cook.. Now it sucks. Chicken isn't flavored AT ALL and tastes like water, Carne Asada same story.
