Love Dutch—just don’t go to this location. Got charged an extra dollar for not getting ice in my wife’s drink. When I asked about the extra charge, Brooke (the employee) serving us just explained that “it’s a new corporate thing.” Well why aren’t other locations charging an extra charge for asking for less ice? At least refund the extra dollar and explain why there is an extra dollar fee for future reference or explain it beforehand. I actually asked for a receipt because the employee ringing us up said he would just sign off the card purchase with a smiley face which made me want a receipt to make sure that my order wasn’t tampered with. Very crummy business practices to sign off card orders to ensure customers don’t see order details as a way to add a buck or two to customers that are being taken advantage of. All in all, Dutch is a great business with great drinks—just avoid this location and potentially the other ones by the same...

The employees are always fantastic. But ever since it was changed into a one lane this is probably one of the worst locations to come to as far as accessibility goes. Getting in is complicated, and if you don't exit by the oil change you are at the mercy of highway offramp traffic. The single lane line makes it easily a 10-20 minute wait just to get to the window every time I've stopped here. There is virtually no parking and it's hard to escape if you don't want to be stuck waiting. Again- it is NOT the employees' fault they're lovely. I haven't been to many Dutch Bros in a while because it's gotten a little too pricey for me, but out of the handful of times I've gone in the last few months every location has had something wrong with the iPads which makes for an even longer wait. Baristas are doing great within their control but I think it's just not worth the...

My wife loves your company. I usually have a good experience with all locations but this one. Today was the icing on the cake now have two lines with a sign that says take the shorter line. I have a work van so I can not go in the inside lane which clearly anyone can see. Yet I waited in line patiently as multiple people cut in front. It's bad enough with the rude customers and I have no problem being patient and waiting. But no different than any other road in this city left lane closed let's ride it all thr way up and cut as many people off as we can mentality. The issue is the people had to see what was going on but did not care. So when my turn came I left I will go wait somewhere that cares. I will move on to the human bean I guess. Thank you for making my morning that much...

To our amazement we find a coffee joint rich of Dutch cultural heritage in a cool suburb of Boise. So it appears. We expect some good ol' Douwe Egberts, made with real brown filters, with a thick stroopwafel on the side. "Goedemiddag, mag ik twee straffe bakken zwarte koffie van u?" we ask. "What?", The lady behind the counter replies. Seemingly, this friendly barista did not pay enough attention during Dutch Language training. No worries, she has plenty of colleagues to help her out. "Wie spreekt er Nederlands?" The brightest of the group answers that she speaks French and German. Deutsche Brüder might have been a better name then. Good double espresso anyway. 5 stars.

I have been getting dutch bros for years, i usually rotate between a couple of drinks that i really enjoy and one of them is the tropical green tea. this location rarely gets the drink right and leaves me having spent $4 on a drink that tastes terrible. I have even come back with my drink before explaining it didn’t taste the way it usually does and they remade it, though it still tasted poorly. everyone that works there is always very kind i just wish i could go to this location knowing i will have the drink i was craving.
