Dear Culvers, Updated 4/20/20 - I called Culvers again today and I am not happy. I talked Juan and advised that I ddnt have a complete order when I left on Friday 4/17/20. He asked for my receipt. I didnt see the receipt that is normally rght on the side of my bag. He said I need a receipt to rectify the issue. My daughter told me she saw the receipt at yhe very bottom of the bag. I ordered 4 meals and an extra snadwich. I paid $40 and change. If I cant get my sandwich that I pad $5-6 for....I'll rectify the issue by NEVER eating at Culvers again. Sounds small until you piss enough people off and business starts sinking. I dont like to lose money, no matter how small the amount. I feel like you stole from me. Is it my fault someone fell short on the job? I'll tell you when I was there. How about YOU look uo the receipt and satisfy a customer that YOU shorted on their order? Not Much of Fan Right Now

Looks like someone fixed the employee issue. I don’t know. I have been back several times since my last post. Everything is back to normal. The good thing is now we can find good employees. Thank you for fixing the problem. Previous post: We ordered the custard scoopies that come with a topping. The girl taking the order was clueless. I know that sounds harsh I wish people were trained better. We had to keep repeating ourselves. When we received the custard it was 1/3 full with a tiny amount of peanut butter cup on the botttom. Read moreI ordered at the drive thru. I was told to pull up for my order. When my order was brought out there was ice cream all over the cup but no napkins. I asked for napkins and told I would have to wait for them to be brought out. After waiting I decided to go in. I asked for a manager. I was referred to as a uh, this uh wants a manager. The manager came and offered to remake the ice cream. I told him the issue was how messy it was and that there were no napkins. I placed a call to Corporate as it was very upsetting. Someone called this morning to speak to me. After speaking to me I was thanked for letting her know what happened. She felt that this would be a coaching opportunity. She said she hoped this wouldn't be my last visit. I told her the way I feel now was not favorable and sure it would be my last.
