I visited this location today, after taking a 1.5 - 2 month “break” from them. I used to, literally, order from there every night, especially after work.
I order my typical fish sandwich and fries. The fish sandwiches began tasting RUBBERY, the last 3+ times I ordered it. The last time I was there, before today, the cheese on one of my fish sandwiches tasted sour; similar to blue cheese, which is disgusting, to me.
The last time, when the worker asked if I wanted cheese on the fish sandwich, I asked if if came with cheese, since it’s always a question when ordering a fish sandwich.
In a nutshell, he said he couldn’t “tell me” if I should get it or not. That’s up to me to decide. That wasn’t what I asked. asked a simple question, which caused for a simple answer.
He, simply, could’ve said, “it comes with cheese, but some guests request no cheese.” Simple. He gave me a “round the bush, and over there” answer, which didn’t answer the question, but instead, allowed him to “be unprofessional,” which was uncalled for.
Since I didn’t want my food to be tainted, I just didn’t respond. However, my cheese was sour-tasting. I returned the next morning for a refund, but the cashier lady told me I’d have to wait until the manager comes in, around 10am to get it.
I never returned; for the refund or to purchase any food, due to my last unprofessional encounter, and bad food. Last night was my first day back.
I ordered a small fry and onion ring, and asked for everything to be fresh. The lady said, it would be, but the Energy was more like, “how dare you ask for FRESH, like we don’t make fresh food?!”
My fries were lukewarm, but on the warmer side. Still not fresh.
Then, some guy was back there, presumably in the kitchen area, he let out a juicy, unmuffled sneeze. It didn’t sound covered. Who knows where the “spray” of the sneeze went.

Read moreThis location has poor management and an employee who is horrible, he talks badly to the customers with an attitude and doesn't wear a name take so he can be identified and reported, management is also horrible at this location, and they don't call you if you choose to apply here, you call they don't answer, if you go in the manager who does the hiring is never in, not everyone who works here is all bad just a select few, and another thing how are the bugers so called being made freshed to order, but when I get my food is cold and my fries are never fresh and the line is always ridiculously long, so so sad, they should make sure that the customers food is always hot and on point at all times and answer the phone just in case there is a complaint, this place is horrible and sad and I want eat here and I tell family friends and co-workers never to eat there because there customer service and the quality of the food is horrible and they have a few employees even management that are rude as well ....praying for this location and the cooperate office that hired there management and employees do a unannounced pop a few times through out the month to see if the quality of there product is being prepared correctly also to see if there employees(crew members) have been trained properly and management have been trained properly and running there restaurants accordi g to the guidelines and no loop wholes, it's really making your locations look really bad especially this one in Bolingbrook,IL...looking forward to seeing...

When I arrived at the restaurant they told me they didn’t have my order. I received an email confirmation of my order so I’m not sure how the restaurant didn’t receive it. So I ordered again, waited at least 20 minutes in the drive they line, got to the window and they confirmed my order, which was completely different. I explained about the mobile order and that I reordered at the speaker menu and she said “no sorry we didn’t get it”. She then walked away and I waited another 10 minutes. I assumed she was going to make my order. When she came back she had my order and I paid. I couldn’t use the 20% coupon. The fries were cold, actually they were barely cooked. Sort of still frozen. Burgers were made awful. Patties half on half off. Some had pickles some didn’t. More onions on the outside of the buns than on the actual burger.
