Mynt Dental of Bolingbrook — Local services in Bolingbrook

Reading all the 5 start reviews makes me wonder if I stepped into a bizarro Mynt Dental. I went a few months ago to get a filling repaired and have had nothing but trouble every visit. I stuck it out to get the filling fixed and some fillings, but I really regret not leaving after the first visit and finding another dentist. My only positive is it was 5 mins from my house so I didn’t have to miss much work to go there. However, each time I went in there, they did something extra that they didn’t explain beforehand. They tried to clean my teeth each visit even when I said I only wanted the fillings done. The first time I called in, I specified it was for the broken filling, but when I showed up, they said I was only scheduled for a cleaning. And the estimates were all wrong for my insurance so every time I went in, it was a different price than I was quoted at before. It was like billing bingo.

The two visits for fillings were the most painful and traumatic experiences I’ve ever at a dentist. I had panic attacks both times from the pain of them giving Novocain too quickly, not enough, and then constantly feeling like I was drowning from all the the water building up in my mouth and them having me laid back so far.

I won't even give a star. I had an emergency and if you don't have an appt they will let you wait 2 hrs. And then don't even accept thier mistakes Dr. Doesn't seem to be welcoming either was supportive to staff not to patients. The only reason I Choose this facility was nice reviews and they had emergency appointments. I don't understand why do you call emergency when you don't treat one like it. I went to other dentist for emergencies and they took in 15 mins even if they had long wait. That's call emergencies. I just wanted to visit this dentist as my other dentist was closed. The teeth was bothering very much. The doctor is not even friendly. Will not go to a dentist where you don't get treated well. As I walked In I thought it's going to be a good experience but trust me it was so bad never In life had to wait 2 hrs for emergencies in a small office. Where you have to be treated last for emergencies even if they are no patients left. The Dr didn't come for good 20 mins. I had to keep asking for...

So l went there with my dad basically my dad was the one whom had an appointment.whiles there’s was having an x-rays l asked the woman why does my mouth bleed anytime l brush my teeth she told me l need cleaning l agree and ask can l make an appointment now they said yes and l said ok. We did the cleaning right after the cleaning l was bleeding and the woman said it will go and l said okay.l even ask them for water because my mouth was bleeding so much they said l can’t use water now unless 30 minutes l agree and did exactly like that. fast forward l went home thinking now the bleeding has stop but No it kept coming l brush my teeth very well and l floss well too but still my mouth kept bleeding l called and told them the person talking told me is because of how l floss that is why am bleeding or because of how l brush my teeth like if you knew that was the case why didn’t you guys tell me and did the cleaning just because of the money you...
