Modern Furniture — Local services in Bolingbrook

I bought a 2 twin bed from Modern furniture for my parents who were travelling to my home in couple of weeks. This team came assembled it but we never used for couple of weeks until parents arrived, We my parents started using it, beds were having squeaking sound or some weard sound. I went to store for help they asked to send Video which I shared. Later they told since some screws 5 out of 10 were not tighten so it may be due to that and suggested me to fix those screws as well. I did tighten those screw but issue never resolved. When I called them later they started telling all stories and asked for charges to come and fix it. I have ordered another bed online with lesser cost and better quality.

I went to nearby store thinking that I will get support but it is better to buy from big chains Walmart, Amazon, Costco rather than local store as you have option to return with no hassle. I stuck 1st time with local store but keep yourself away from at least this store....

I seen them advertising on Facebook so I decided to check them out. I’m glad I did because they were wonderful I had the best experience with Maddie and the owner Ibrahim they were very helpful in locating an item from one of their catalogs since they offer price match. They continued to look for the item when they could have just given up and tried to sell what they had but instead they found the item after almost 30min of searching through what seem like a hundred books. I have never been to a furniture store that was not trying to up sale or advertise items that you don’t want until now. They were very helpful and nice the entire time. I was in the store almost two hours making sure that I was getting exactly what I needed for my home and they were helpful from start to finish. I will continue to do business with them. ABRAHAM was the sales consultant that my husband and I worked with. We had made a few purchases at Ashleys home furniture but because of "COVID" our furniture has taken now 3-months to deliver. So my hubby and I saw this little hole in the wall and visited MODERN FURNITURE! We found EVERYTHING that we bought at Ashleys' ...the sales guy Abraham was SOOOO NICE and patient with us and worked on the price as well. We ended up buying a table and 2 chairs and a VELVET SOFA SET and LOOOVED what they had in the store. We ended up cancelling our order with Ashley and gave all of our business to MODERN FURNITURE. They also delivered the furniture 2-days LATER!!!!!!!!!!!!! amazing service, amazing pieces and SUPER...
