El Burrito Loco — Restaurant in Bolingbrook

The tattooed cashier is pretty rude.It was my first time in this place.i asked her opinion on their best meat and she recommended the al pastor/pork so i order the Jr burrito which is $5.99 she charged me over 7 bucks i paid and threw the receipt away.I own 3 businesses myself.i started thinking the price plus taxes less than 7 bucks.i puled the receipt from the trash since it was a clean fresh liner on the can with no other trash and notice she had charged me for the bigger burrito.I told her she had made a mistake and charged me for a diferent burrito.she said it was because the jr burrito was going to be too small i said it wa ok bc it was almost midnight and only wanted something small.She got very serious and gave me a dollar back.after my food was done she gave it to me without saying thank you or have a good night so i said in a loud tone thnx good night and she didn't reply so i said it louder so the one other customer that was there could hear it too.thats when she said good night.as a business owner i tell all my employees to tell my customers hi bye and thank you but it seems lke she expected me to remain quite after she tooked it upon herself to sell me what she wanted.will never go back to this place.besides the meat she recommended best was not so good at all.if you want real tasty authentic mexcan food go here El Asador Chicago, 4117 W 47th St #102, Chicago, IL 60632 always smilley faces and super good food at super cheap prices . I'm unable to comment on the service or atmosphere of the restaurant, but I can say that the food was so bad that it was completely inedible. We ordered six tacos with a side of elote for delivery through Uber Eats. Every single taco was inedible because the shells were completely drenched and ruined, plus the 3 different meats we ordered were all fat that it made for impossible eating. We ordered hard shells (which we never expect to come crispy or hard still after delivery) that were so stale that if they even came crispy, they would be disgusting to eat. I personally love a good amount of fat when ordering certain cuts of meat, and I expect as much with more traditional cuts such as lengua or tripe, but not when ordering chicken. I am so disappointed by this location since the Woodridge location has been much more enjoyable for past orders. I'm extremely hesitant to try and place another order here despite wanting to give another chance for possible quality control issues the day of my order, but having to toss an entire meal has left me feeling extremely cautious on further...

I love the restaurant Birria Tacos , but the last time I came to order the tacos the front employees gave me a big issue with what I was asking and I have not and WILL not come to this restaurant anymore ! I asked for the dipping sauce that I always got when I ordered my Birra tacos and this particular time , both employees on front desk ignored when I said in detail “ I want my birra tacos and I want the sauce on the side”. When I got my tacos I asked the young man in front can I get my sauce and the young lady at the next register told me “NO we don’t sell whatever sauce you are trying to explain” . I asked for a manager and the young lady spoke Spanish and laughed in my face as if I was a joke to her . I have always came to this location and got good service , but I will never spend my money there again because of the Terrible...
