Wendy's — Restaurant in Bolivar

Thos place is definitely needing a rework of staff and service. Not a great working team and food quality is not Wendy's quality lately. The last 3 times we've been there seemed worse then the time before. Inside cleanliness is, well bad. When employees sit and eat and get up to return from break and leave a mess is bad (3 on break last time and each of them left food crumbs and paper at their table). The carpeting is nasty and always food trash on it, tables don't get wiped down like they should, especially in this time now with everything. I squirted hand sanitizer and wiped ours. But the food was over done and.not very fresh. Last time we had a sandwich and the paper cheese separator in it and when he took it up to show them he was told, "well what do you want me to do about it?". Really?? No apology offered to fix it, you want he customer to tell you?? Seriously th cashier was shocked that time. Who ever manages, owns or whatever you need to open your eyes before someone gets ill and I'm sorry there was more than ample employees all the times to remedy the eating area and take care of things, don't use the short staff Covid...

Usually love their food. Ordered 20 dollars in food for my family, was disappointed to see my burger patties literally pink in the center. I had onions on my burger and there was literal onion skin on my burger. They didn't bother to peel the onion before they sliced it. The fries were cold and redropped what looked like twice atleast soggy with oil but cold? The only good thing about this Wendy's is the drinks they have and frostys. To make it worse, we called and told them what was wrong with our food, and the manager took my wife's name and our addresses and said we would be compinsated because we couldn't return right away. So we go up there the next day or so and tell them at the drive thru what happened and that we were supposed to be compinsated.. The lady tells us they most likely sent us coupons in the mail.... I spent 20 dollars on a triple Dave's and a double bacon cheese burger.. It's been 2 weeks and we still haven't...

Two stars only because of service my spouse has celiac (deadly gluten allergy) and we informed them of the allergy when ordering we ordered two meals and some al-a-cart items, unfortunately, the sandwichs we ordered both had buns on them, and we where already 30+ minutes away and didn't have the time in our schedule to go back and get it changed it sucks because we both had to go without food other than fires and a drink but I will say that our dogs loved the sandwichs, unfortunately, my spouse loves Wendy's and is now afraid to go back as they didn't take the allergy seriously a small contamination alone would put him in the hospital in excruciating pain let alone if he was to eat the sandwich after taking off the bun. The staff, for the most part, was nice but didn't relay or even put on the ticket no bun. Maybe we will try again in the future, but it's not...
