I would like to say, this was the worst experience I have ever had at this burger king. (I was a previous employee there and I left due to poor management)
This morning my family and I went through the drive-thru for breakfast. We were the ONLY car. She took forever with our food. Way longer than normal, especially since she was always on our butts about drive-thru times. Along with that our hash browns were ICE COLD, and the sandwiches? Crushed. As if they were purposely squashed down or squeezed in hand. Sloppy. Unwrapped. She had a poor attitude the entire time, which made me feel like all of this was done with intent, since I had quit due to poor management.
The manager I am referring to is Christine, or "Chrissy". She is the general manager. She is the one who took our order and gave us this very poor experience, and I would expect more from someone in that position to be more professional. There's just no need for any of this in my opinion. I understand people have bad days.. but purposely spreading negativity towards someone. It's just sad. I placed an order on the app I got there to find the person prepping the burger handling ingredients (cheese, bread lettuce, tomatos, etc) with her bare hands and wiping them on her pants Then she comes over to tell me my order isn't going to be made because they ran out of the ingredients. I was told to pick something else, so I did, and she replied she could do that it had to be one of the sandwiches I ordered in a different flavor. I said that wouldn't work, but I'd settle for a whopper again said no. So I decided nevermind after what I witnessed and the attitude just refund me my money. Nope, you'll have to go on the app for a refund. It's not her problem. Then she said next time come in and place the order you can leave now was her response. When I asked for a manager, she said it was her and proceeded to ignore me. I put in a complaint on the survey and got a generic response back. Read moreBack line, even managers dissappear during lunch rush when there's food to be made, then complain about drive thru times being to high. They leave new staff up front alone, even when it's busy, to fend for themselves, even knowing they've been and are still sick. No one answers the phone when it rings, even when the managers are sitting in the office next to the phone. If they see you are competent and self motivated, they leave things for you to do and or ask you to help them out so they can do nothing. The store manager mocks customers that come back through complaining about their items being cold! The store manager will also have the current employees take the surveys to help boost their reviews since they have so many bad ones! Example, Emma Rose is one of the managers! Who has their employees take customer surveys to boost scores? People that lack the motivation to do and be better in their business. I have nothing good to say...
