Hardee's — Restaurant in Bonifay

This was my first time at a Hardees and it will also be my last. All I wanted was a Steakhouse burger. When I placed my order, I was informed there was no bleu cheese. This was fine since they said they would replace the bleu cheese with Swiss cheese. When I got my burger, I discovered that there was no replacement cheese or fried onions. When I brought this to their attention they brought me a second burger with replacement cheese but still with no fried onions. The only reason I wanted the Steakhouse was for the fried onions. When I told them I wanted fried onions they tried to pull a fast one on me and gave me another sandwich with onion rings on it. I brought it up with them again and that's when they decided to tell me there were no fried onions available. They gave me a full refund and said they would get me a different burger. After I ordered a plain cheeseburger, they never brought it up. I had to go to the counter again to ask them to bring it to me. When I went back to the counter they didn't even know what replacement burger I asked for. I'm not sure if every Hardees is this bad but I am definitely never going back to one. If you enjoy paying too much money and waiting too long to get food that's cold, wrong and skimpy this is the place to be. Extra fun for you if you like being ignored by a dead-eyed, expressionless older woman who grudgingly took your order and gave you that food like that's what you deserve for interrupting her work day. Pictures of the 3 piece chicken tender meal provided in exchange for money that helps pay her salary have been attached for your viewing pleasure. To be fair A complaint was made and a singular piece of chicken was given to correct the lack of food in the container. I saw the message from the owner. Attempted to copy and paste no good. My advice to the owner: Pull up through drive through one night and place an order. See how it goes. Btw, previous review from another I can say is accurate. About a month ago one evening I pulled up to order at the drive through. There was a car already waiting. We waited a few minutes. Then went inside. The same dead eyed woman was ignoring the drive through car and ignored us before eventually taking our order before the drive through. And again the food was...

The short fat lady who I believed was the manager or she tried acting that way. Me my husband and 4 kids ordered through the drive thru. We asked for bbq sauce she gave us one. We asked her for 1 more sauce and she told us no. I said I would buy it. She said no I don't have a button for bbq sauce. I said really we can't have 1 more sauce she said no you didn't get tenders. So I drove around went Inside said let me buy tenders then for some sauce and she had the nastiest attitude. Started hollering. I was already shook up from her rude redneck service she gave my family in the drive thru. She was looking for a fight. She is disgusting. I see why this place has 3 star review. They need to fire the short nasty trash woman in there risking her whole life over some bbq sauce. I happened to be traveling with my family so her trashy a$$ got away with it but one day she's gonna catch the right one. She is making that Hardee's trashy.
