Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bonifay

How aggravating. How frustrated I am. . How embarrassed I am. Today one week ago. I paid Pizza Hut to deliver three large pizza on Thursday, the following day.. This, For the crews working on and cleaning up the city streets after the recent storm. . Along with a pretty nice delivery tip. I found out today(7days later )that Pizza Hut, did not deliver the pizzas. Nor did they process my order. This after I told Trey, (the supervisor) to make sure his crew was going to be at the shop for lunch. My treat in appreciation for their hard work. I was refunded my money. But I can't get a refund on having a group of men waiting on lunch that I told their boss was going to be there. And it never showed up....... I'm disappointed because I went against my own rule. I had expectations of Pizza Hut. And I've always said, If you do not want to be disappointed by anyone. Don't have any expectations of them. Thank you very much Pizza Hut of Bonifay Florida. They say that the older you get you no longer learn...... Not true. I definitely got educated. Your Technical and Tactical proficiency, Not only made a, FOOL out of Me. If I didn’t have to give a star to write a review I wouldn’t give a star. By far the worst Pizza Hut to order from, costumer service is the worst rude as can be, I won’t order from pizza from them again. I was having a hard time finding the address to the hotel I am staying at and the lady over the phone was rude and didn’t want to help enter in the address to help us to order the food. She knows the hotel I was talking about instead of saying “ I’ll put the address in to help you, since I know where to send the driver.” She just said “ I know the hotel but I can’t do anything unless I have the address.” Rudely. So, I just hung up the phone.

Let alone, not to mention if I was the health inspector I would show up to see how dirty there restraint is, love bugs everywhere in the kitchen, dishes not being properly washed. Employee’s smoking and not washing there hands before touching the food to cook. All around worst place to even eat at. Stay away, and don’t order from this...

I ordered two pizzas by phone at 1030 this morning. Angel said they will be ready at 11 when they opened. I got there at 11am and they were ready. The problems were, The pizzas looked and tasted like they were ready at 11pm the night before. I know that was pretty sarcastic, but when I pay 30 dollars for two pizzas that looked and tasted like they were left over from last night, I have a right to be sarcastic. I know these are probably young people and some might say I should cut some slack. THEY WON'T BE YOUNG MUCH LONGER, Then what do u do when they have learned nothing from a bad review. It is not the end of the world,. but still I AM SITTING HERE STARING AT TWO SLICES OF PIZZA THAT SEEMS TO BE STARING BACK AT ME., ALL DRIED UP AND TASTELESS.
