We were a party of 8. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were seated and greeted by the server, Heidi. She was very friendly and attentive. We told her that 3 of the 8 were running a little late but that we needed to get served quickly due to an appointment we had. Heidi quickly took our drink orders and brought waters to the table. She asked if we were ready to order and we said yes. We gave her our orders.
We were served our dishes promptly. All of the food that we tried was very good:
Strawberry 3 leches French Toast - it was sweet and didn't need syrup and it reminded me of a strawberry shortcake.
Carnitas Breakfast Tostada - there was a great blend of flavors. The meat was tender and the tostada was crispy.
Million Dollar Bacon - Always a winner and didn't disappoint. Bacon and maple syrup, how could you go wrong?
Morning Meditation Fresh Juice - It was refreshing, sweet, and had a beautiful presentation.
AM Superfood Bowl - It's chia seed pudding with granola, berries and almond butter. The flavor was outstanding with a thick consistency and goes down smoothly.
Overall, the service (Heidi) was outstanding, friendly and followed up very timely. She made sure we got out of there quickly without us feeling rushed.
The atmosphere was clean, open and inviting.

My family and I love First Watch. This was our first time eating at the Logan location (we usually go to Pine Ridge and Livingston), and we were dismayed by both the food and the service. There were at least 8 waiters working, but none of them ever seemed to be on the floor - just talking in the kitchen or at the hostess station. The waiters definitely had an attitude and clearly didn't want to be there, which makes for unpleasant dining. We ordered 3 different kinds of omelettes - all 3 were rubbery and tasteless. The bacon - overcooked, chewy and inedible. The chicken pecan salad - missing key ingredients (avocadoes and tomatoes). "The only good things were the egg sandwich and the orange juice" - Penelope, age 8.
The manager did patiently hear our issues and she gave us a discount. The restaurant itself was beautiful and the egg sandwich was delicious. But after being so disappointed today, in the future we'll be going exclusively to the Pine...

Even if they came now after all this time, I wouldn't even bother entertaining the thought of going there. Terrible service in restaurant and terrible service from the manager. I guess now we know why the servers are bad when the management can't be bothered.
First time at any First Watch and last. Only staff member who was pleasant was the one who showed us to the table. The waiter was less than helpful. I ordered an omelet, if you can call it that. Thin layer of egg with ingredients placed inside with egg folded over top is not an omelet. Potatoes were hard and I expect out of a frozen bag. My cousin ordered a salad and said same again for him, pointing to her husband. They brought one salad and 2 plates and the waiter argued when we said there are supposed to be 2. He brought 3 water glasses for 4 people and had to get another. Not a good experience and...
