Better burgers are found at Brooks!

We arrived with a large party (9) and our hostess/manager immediately set to work, rearranging tables so that we all could be seated together. She was extremely attentive to us all evening and looked after our needs with excellent customer service. (Edit: this was the co-owner's wife, so THANK YOU!) Our server was promptly attentive to drink orders and circled back, as needed, while we explored the menu options (yes, the menu is available online and it would be wise to view it in advance to help focus your food selection! ).

Burgers are made fresh, cooked to your preference (slightly underdone, but still very tasty), and the options are plentiful. The most unique part of the dining experience is the robot (what!?😮) that delivers the food to your table. The kids definitely were entertained watching the bot roll around with food stacked in it!

Appetizers like wings can be ordered as main entrees, and salads also were available, but we were here for the burgers!

The donut burger is sticky, but a sweet pairing with the savory burger: the bacon adds a salty compliment, but ask for the bacon to be more well done so it doesn't turn into a slip 'n slide sloppy mess while eating the burger!

The fig 'n fine burger pairs fig jam with goat cheese for a unique and almost sour taste. Adding bacon brought in a new flavor element, but the bank was undercooked so it was not as enjoyable. The accompanying fries as sides for most of our burgers were a hit, especially with the kids. Mac and cheese also was ordered as a side option, though it comes with bread crumbs (as that may be a deal breaker for some kids). It was SUPER hot and a bit messy, but tasted good.

After the meal, we went to the adjoining ice cream parlor and ordered a wide variety of hard serve ice cream. Again the hostess/co-owner's wife, Galadrial, was so very accommodating, working with everyone in our large group, helping us choose and enjoy the experience: It's this kind of service that will have us coming back, for sure!

As for the ice cream although the flavors were plentiful, the variety of options left something to be desired as several flavors tasted "off" or were just not enjoyable (salty caramel turtle, I'm looking at you here). If you stick to tried and true standards, most would be happy. The serving size system also is a bit confusing: a single is 2 scoops, double is 3 scoops, triple is 4+ (I'm all for extra base hits, but jeez!) LOL. Normally, extra ice cream is not a bad thing, but it all depends on your flavor selection. Do take them up on trying the flavor in advance before you commit!

Come in, bring the kids, and try the burger options for a unique...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brook’s Burgers, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy yet vibrant, perfectly setting the stage for a delightful meal.

However, what truly set this visit apart was the impeccable service provided by Steven. From the moment we walked in, Steven greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. His attentiveness was second to none; he ensured our table was comfortable and took the time to explain the menu in detail, highlighting some of the restaurant’s most popular dishes.

Steven’s recommendations were spot on. We decided to try the Todd’s Way and the Donut Burger, both of which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The burgers were juicy, the buns were fresh, and the toppings were perfectly balanced – truly a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to quality.

Throughout our meal, Steven checked in with us just the right amount – attentive without being intrusive. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, refilling drinks promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed. His knowledge of the menu and the pride he took in his work significantly enhanced our dining experience.

In addition to the fantastic food and outstanding service, Steven’s friendly demeanor and professionalism made us feel welcome and valued as guests. It’s rare to find such dedicated and passionate service in the restaurant industry today.

Brook’s Burgers is now my go-to spot for a top-notch burger experience, thanks in no small part to Steven’s exceptional service. If you’re looking for a place that combines great food with unparalleled customer care, look no further than Brook’s Burgers. Highly...

We wanted to try some place different tonight but also wanted a nice bar with flair. We stumbled upon Brooks and it was a great choice. The atmosphere was lively, with sports on the TVs and live music as well. I tried the local Key Lime Cider and was not disappointed in its taste. As you can see from the photos, we enjoyed wings as a starter. Wow the sauce had a nice little kick and a really good mix of flavors. Perfectly cooked too. My wife and MiL shared a stuffed onion ring and both loved it. (So much I didn’t even get a taste). My chicken tender platter was delicious with nicely seasoned fresh chicken cooked to perfection. It included fries and and extremely fresh tasting cole slaw. Yummy. However, probably the best meal of the evening was the Fig Jam and Goat cheese turkey burger ordered by my mother in law. Not what I would have ever thought to order on a burger but DAMN it was delicious. It was a surprise-of flavors and something that I will order next time. The caramelized onions added an extra flair of taste.

Overall, the food was great, atmosphere awesome, service top notch and prices very reasonable. Thanks to our server, Clay, for making sure we were well taken care of.

Also don’t miss the attached ice cream parlor on your way out. $3 for a small milkshake and a variety of other ice cream treats. All served with a friendly smile. We will definitely return to Brooks.

June 28, 2021 UPDATE: I once again visited Brooks and the food was still amazing. Had the classic burger and it is truly one of the best burgers around. With pickles, onion and lettuce, it was so big I had trouble biting into it. You...

Great place for gourmet burgers and shakes. There were other great items here also and they had a singer/guitarist playing. Great place to watch sports and the staff was very friendly. Bella the robot was delivering food and singing. Their ice cream was a great way to top off a great meal.
