Waffle House — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

Absolutely disgusting, was literally just there with my husband for breakfast. We ordered our meals that cost $11.50 a piece his Hi C drink and my bottle of orange juice at $3.50. Normally price does not matter to me, but for what we receive I did not think it was worth it we spent nearly $30 for a meal that was definitely not up to par. The Eggs were raw only the bottoms were heated up enough for the bottom layer of the egg whites to cook the top was still clear slime and raw. The bacon was burnt and falling apart and so on needless to say my husband ate what he was able and all I ate from my whole meal was the toast, few bites of my grits as I used the bacon to scoop up to eat trying to soften the bacon a little. The staff that was there when we arrived before or close too 6:40am today ( feb 26th 2023) was talking on the phone at the register, loudly talking amongst themselves about personal things customers didn’t really need to hear & there was even 3 guys in there when we arrived that went to pay and the cashier forced a tip of $5 on one of them as I know tips are how servers make more profit it should never be forced on a customer or made to make them feel uncomfortable into proving one, And another employee was using the front counter spray head on the sink to soak the floor and refrigerator all behind the register as the dirty floor water was splashing on the clean dishes/ cups being used to distribute drinks to up coming customers. The store was filthy inside and out. Gnats/flies inside too anyhow, I’m sure this place would be great if it was under control but I will not be bringing my business back here again...

I have visited this Waffle House many times before and I always have amazing service. Except from one person her name is Yessenia she has service once before but there times we go and she doesn’t attend us because she doesn’t like us. Today May 5,2024 we went to eat it was 3 of us we seat down and eat and it’s time to pay. I proceeded to stand up and to go and pay and she was there the whole time the moment I get up and go to pay she leave and ask one of her coworkers to take care of us. That one of the most disrespectful things someone could do to paying customers. Every time we go is the same thing. There time when your not going to like everyone in the room but that doesn’t mean you have to be disrespectful towards them. Always there was an issue today where some customers stand down before time because there was people in line before them. She come up to them and was very rude to them she told to get up and made a big scene so everyone see what going on. There another example of her being disrespectful to customers. When you have a job with customers service you need to learn how to interact with customers. I have been in over 50 WH locations across the United States and this visit on 2/12/24 at 930am was just awful. Me and my companion sat and waited quite a while just to be acknowledged by a server (whose English was very limited). No menus handed out, not drink orders taken, just "What do you want?". I ordered an All Star, over medium with sausage and home fries. My friend ordered 2 eggs over easy with bacon. Both orders arrived, on my plate was 2 eggs and homefries. My friend got scrambled eggs and smothered home fries, not what she ordered. Sent it back and the cook apparently misunderstood and slid the eggs and potatoes onto a new plate and the waitress tried to serve it again. Finally realized what was wrong and reordered. I started on my eggs and when I cut into them, absolutely hard, no liquid yolk. Certainly not over medium. My friends order finally arrived with thetwo eggs and potatoes on a plate. I asked the waitress where my sausage and waffle and my friends bacon were. She said she didn't know I wanted a waffle (it part of the All Star combo) and that the sausage and bacon were cooking. Finally got the protiens and she set a waffle down at the table. No butter, no syrup. Maybe both the server and cook were new? Not a good...
